Germanwings пока неизвестно, но похоже забастовки неизбежны.

Information about possible walkouts by airberlin pilots
Today, on 17th June 2013, the pilots’ union Cockpit announced warning strikes at airberlin for this week.
For several weeks airberlin has been negotiating with the pilots’ union Cockpit and submitted a fair offer on 12th May 2013 despite the current implementation of the turnaround programme Turbine. This offer was rejected in writing as unfit by the pilots' union on 17th June 2013 and warning strikes were announced for this week. After the recent agreement with the cabin crew, airberlin regrets that the Cockpit union is seeking this course of dispute.
airberlin is making every effort to minimise any impact the strike may have on its guests and would like to apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. As it now stands, all flights will be carried out as planned.
As soon as more information becomes available, airberlin will inform its flight guests at this website.

FRANKFURT--Flight attendants at Deutsche Lufthansa AG's (LHA.XE) low-cost carrier, Germanwings, could strike as early as mid-July if a majority votes in favor of industrial action in a ballot starting Monday and if labor negotiations fail.
The UFO labor union, which represents some Germanwings flight attendants, is asking its members from Monday through July 5 to cast their vote on a possible strike, as labor discussions continue, according to a memo seen by Dow Jones Newswires Sunday.
The labor union criticizes the lengthy wage negotiations with employers' representatives, which have already lasted nine months without producing any results. The discussions center around higher wages, better working conditions, temporary contracts, the possibility of switching to parent Lufthansa and other issues, the union said.
Germanwings spokesman Heinz Joachim Schoettes said the company is "very surprised about the [union's] approach because we are in constructive talks."
"We have agreed further meetings and currently don't perceive the danger of a strike," Mr. Schoettes said.
Germanwings employs about 700 flight attendants whose contracts usually expire after two years. It is in the process of taking over Lufthansa's German and European flights outside the Frankfurt and Munich hubs. From July 1, Germanwings flights will offer new tariff and service structures on its flights.
