Читаю в ветке, что многим по их просьбе заменяли рейс, если он не устраивает. Мне сегодня весь день парит мозг некая Angela из Сервис деска в Маниле. Отвечает она оперативно, только помочь не желает. Все, что я могу от нее добиться:
Our apologies for the cancellation, the reason is due to aircraft situation. As carrier, we may change or reschedule any flight where we reasonably consider to be justified by circumstances beyond our control or for reasons of safety or security. In view of the foregoing, please be informed that we may only offer these options:
Rebooking – up to 1 month without any charges. For roundtrip flight, same number of days must be followed. Please see our website for your reference of the exact flight details that will fit your schedule
Rerouting – up to 1 month of the nearest alternate station without charges. Rerouting of non-disrupted flight is strictly not allowed and transfers will be on passenger's account.
Travel fund – without any charges (may use up to 90 days based on the date of creation).
Full refund – *for bookings made via credit card, the amount shall be credited back to your account minimum of 60 working/banking days.
Kindly take note as well that once you agreed for the new flight, any amendments after confirming will be subject to applicable fees. Changes should be done at least more than 4 hours prior the scheduled flight, failure to do so will result to ticket forfeiture.
