Promotional Sunday fare to Hiroshima sold at 18,500 Baht
Bangkok/ July 2006 – Bangkok Airways announced its new promotional return fare to Hiroshima at 18,500 Baht for Sunday departures in September while 19,500 Baht fare is also valid for departures on Sundays of August 13th, 20th, 27th.
Aiming to boost traffic between Bangkok and the World Heritage Hiroshima prior to the high travel season of Thai market in October, the airline has just introduced promotional round-trip fares valid under the condition of Sunday departures on September 3rd, 10th, 17th and 24th at 18,500 Baht and August 13th, 20th, 27th at 19,500 Baht. These fares are not inclusive of airport tax, insurance and fuel surcharge.
Under this term, passengers are allowed to fly back on any day of operation, which are Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays.
Bangkok Airways has begun its non-stop service between Bangkok-Hiroshima since December 2005 and is still the only airline operating direct flight on this route with the brand new Airbus 320. The flight departs from Bangkok International Airport at 00.40 AM and arrives in Hiroshima at 08.00 AM whereas return flight departs Hiroshima at 09.40 AM and arrives in Bangkok at 01.10 PM.
