Хотим отправиться в кругосветку с покупкой авто в США. С Японии перелетаем в США (предположительно ЛА), покупаем машину и далее на ней. Возник вопрос о переправке в Европу. Кто знает конкретные способы, подскажите (то что это паром и так понятно, нужны какие-либо контакты). Или хоть в каком направлении искать.

тривиально - идете на любой аггрегатор (например www.autocarshippers.com)
там заполняете форму откуда куда тип авто и тд и получаете примерно такой ответ

Common questions and answers:

Q: “Can I load any items inside the vehicle for transport?”

A: Depends on the type of service you need. If you are booking roll on roll off the answer is a firm no, the carriers will not allow anything that did not come with the vehicle when it was new to be loaded inside. This means spare tires, tool kits, and first aid kits are fine but no personal goods. If you are using a full container or a shared container then yes you can absolutely load items inside the vehicle however we are not responsible for these items and the insurance company will not insure them if you purchase the optional marine insurance. The reason for this is simple, we do not remove the items you load and do an inventory nor do we check to make sure the items have been packed safely so make sure to pack well and secure well inside the vehicles.



Q: “What paperwork do you need to ship my vehicle?”

A: We will need the original title to the vehicle if you own it. In some cases we can accept a certified copy of the title along with a notarized letter from the bank authorizing you to ship the vehicle overseas in place of a title but this can be restricted. Check with me if you have any questions.



Q: “When will I get the title to my vehicle back?”

A: Once the vessel sails we then send the original title to either our agent (If you are using shared container service) or we send direct to the address you provide us for your overseas location. You will give this information to us when you fill out the shipping forms that we give you to make the original booking.



Q: “How much fuel can I have in the vehicle at time of shipping?”

A: It is required that you have no more than ¼ tank of fuel inside the vehicle at time of loading to vessel.



Q: “What is the process?”

A: When you decide that you want CFRRinkens to ship your vehicle you just need to reply to this quote and let us know you wish to proceed. Once we receive this email we will send you a VEA form and a POA form to be filled out and sent back to us via email or fax. We will generate a booking and send you a confirmation once we get the completed forms and at that point will either hand file to our trucking department and they will proceed with organizing the collection of the vehicle and making appointments to do so or we will send you delivery instructions if you wish to deliver your vehicle. When vehicle arrives to our depot we will then send you an invoice for the services along with your payment options and the procedures for each option. We do not hold up the shipment waiting for payment but it is highly recommended to make payment ASAP as it will take us a few days to process payment and then it will take the carrier a few days to process payment so if you wait too long you run the risk of getting storage fees at destination.



Q: “If I have CFRRinkens truck my vehicle to port how much notice do you need?”

A: With most populated areas in the U.S. we can have the vehicle picked up within 2 – 3 days of you submitting the order to us. If the origin is a more rural location these time frame can go to 3 – 7 days depending on the exact location.



Q: “You quoted me with trucking to the port, if I deliver the vehicle myself can the trucking charge be removed?”

A: Absolutely, if you wish to deliver your vehicle to port yourself we can definitely remove the trucking charge as you would not be needing this service. If you are shipping roll on roll off it is of note that ports will not let just anyone enter so you have to hire an escort service that holds a TWIC card to guide you through the port. They commonly charge $75.00 per hour for their service. If we are trucking the vehicle the escort service is included in the trucking rate.
