Очень часто системы закрепляют просто номер, а фамилии в отель дают уже перед приездом, ведь вы еще можете передумать и отменить бронь, а бронируете вы не напрямую в отеле, а через них....

Please be advised that your reservation is under a prepaid accommodation basis. Hence, booking is confirmed under our allotment. Furthermore, since booking is made for the month of July 2012, hotel may not have the confirmation number at the moment.
On the other hand, we are now chasing the hotel to provide us their confirmation number as early as possible. We will advise you as soon as we receive a response from the hotel.

While your booking has been confirmed to our company, in most cases space is held from allotment. There are no problems with your booking. It is general practice that until closer to the check in date the names of the guests are not released by our supplier. All of the confirmation details are on your pre paid accommodation voucher-
