The Common Travel Area (CTA) is a travel zone comprising the Republic of Ireland[A], the United Kingdom, the Isle of Man, and the Channel Islands. With certain exceptions, the CTA's internal borders are subject to minimal or non-existent border controls and can normally be crossed by British and Irish citizens with minimal identity documents.
CTA распространялось на граждан Великобритании, Ирландии и островов, но сейчас появилась The British Irish Visa Scheme:
In October 2014, the British and Irish governments signed a memorandum of understanding paving the way for mutually recognised visas allowing visitors to travel to Britain and Ireland on a single visa. Chinese and Indian nationals will be the first to get the benefit of the new system from the end of October 2014.
Вопрос: можно ли россиянам въезжать по действующему (с первым въездом в Ирландию) мультику Ирландии в UK?
