Мне вчера позвонили из Альфа банка, именно позвонили, а не прислали ответ.
Девушка сказала, что в претензии отказано, надо обращаться в страховую компанию.
Утверждала, что в рекомендациях туристам, которые оплачивали отели картой так и указано. Пойду переводить сообщения юридической конторы, которая занимается банкротством этой группы.
Может обанкротившаяся группа страховала свою ответственность?

Hotel Reservation
Your hotel has regrettably not been paid and your booking is not secured. If you are able to contact the hotel directly, they will be able to confirm whether you are able to secure a new booking; you should pay the hotel directly. Please note the cost may be different from the amount paid to lowcostholidays trading as hoteling.com for your original booking. Alternatively, you may wish to use another travel agency or intermediary to secure a new hotel reservation.
To process a claim for monies paid to lowcostholidays trading as hoteling.com for your original hotel reservation, you will need to present your original confirmation documents. If you do not have your original confirmation documents you can download the documents from mmb.lowcostholidays.com. See below for details of how to process a claim.
Making a claim
There are various ways in which you can pursue a claim to try and recover the costs of the hotel reservation booked via the hoteling.com website which is no longer valid. However, we, the administrators can neither recommend, nor confirm which is the best approach for you, nor can we guarantee that your claim(s) will be successful. The potential claim options are listed below:
Your credit or debit card issuer. Other payment/buyer protection schemes (for example, if you paid for your booking via PayPal, you may be able to claim under PayPal Buyer Protection). Personal travel insurance policy. Please check with you travel insurance provider.
The administrators have received details of your claim directly from lowcostholidays and there is therefore no need at this stage for you to notify us of your claim.

В принципе все понятно, если paypal, то обращаться к ним, если страховали свою поездку, то в страховую.
Я не страховал поездку. Сегодня буду писать на почту банка, а также звонить в поддержку с просьбой прислать копию ответа банка -эквайера.
Также девушка сказала, что если я не согласен, то нужно составить повторное заявление в свободной форме, где обосновать невозможность обращения в страховую компанию. И приложить все, что можно. И на английском языке.
