Dear passenger,
We would like to inform you that from Sunday, July 30, 2017, there will be significant changes in our Athens suburban services which affect other railway services in the wider areas of Attica, Viotia, Korinthos as well as the bus connection between Kiato and Patras, the rack train Diakopto - Kalavrita and the departure of the train 884 from Athens to Kalambaka.
On the route 884 Athens -Kalampaka, from Sunday 30/7/2017, the departure time from Athens and SKA is changed seven (7) minutes earlier.
These changes are due to the completion of the electrification works at Athens Central Station (Larissa Station). Athens will now be the hub for all transfers to and from the airport, Chalkida, Kiato and Piraeus.
If you have issued a ticket, part of which includes a route modified from Sunday, July 30, 2017, please contact us at the sales points or at TRAINOSE website
www.trainose.gr to get informed.
TRAINOSE's staff are willing to serve you.
If your ticket includes a route with the Athens suburban line, Athens-Airport line, line Athens-Kiato, line Athens-Chalkida, line Athens-Piraeus, you will be able to move without trouble for the same day and another train on this route.
Bus routes from Kiato to Patra and Patras to Kiato are also being modified. If you have reservations for our buses, please make a change reservation request, for a same day service that serves you (free of charge).
For your better service, the trains of the rack railway Diakopto-Kalavryta are also modified. Any reservation you have made is valid for the same route (with the new departure time).
Any change required to be made on your ticket to serve your trip, may take place either at the point of sale up to 24 hours before the departure of the train from the initail station or at any time before the departure of the train, at Customer Support Center 2130121222 (daily 06:00 - 23:00). For early boarding, please take into account the new departure times of our routes. We advise you on your first journeys after the new routes, to get to the station earlier in order to get familiar with the changes.
Thank you for your understanding of the changes in our routes, due to railway projects that greatly enhance our travels.
