Перевозка кота Hainan airlines через Пекин или карго напрямую?

Искал, но не нашёл.

Летим из Таиланда в Москву. Купили билеты на Hainan Airlines с пересадкой в Пекине. Судя по-всему, животных на борт берут. Официальной справки на сайте нет. Информация в буржунете вроде как говорит о том, что можно брать в салон. Звонил в московский офис. Там говорят, что только в багажном отделении. Все вопросы попросили уточнить в центральном офисе в Китае. Я пробую, но там немного проблемно как-то дозвониться и узнать такую конкретику. Поэтому хотел спросить у форумчан:

1. Летал ли кто-нибудь Hainan с животными? Где животных возят?
2. Летал ли кто-нибудь с пересадкой? Как это всё у них происходит? А то начитался жутких историй, как животных теряли при транспортировке. И самое главное, не понятно, как это юридически всё оформляется. Не надо ли отдельно документы и для Китая оформлять?
3. Думаем также, может быть отправить его как коммерческий груз напрямую? Мы его так из Непала в Тай уже направляли. Просто здесь с этим проще. Не будет ли худо с нашей бюрократией?
4. Думали ещё отправить с кем-нибудь, кто прямым рейсом летит. Но по документам-то хозяин другой. Будут проверять соответствие? Или никто не смотрит?

Tips for Traveling With Pets

1. Hainan Airlines' definition of pets is restricted to household cats and dogs.

2. Not all flights will allow for the transportation of animals (including guide dogs, hearing dogs and other animals with assistive purposes). Therefore, please submit your request to transport an animal to your local Hainan Airlines ticket office or service hotlineat least 48 hours before your scheduled flight departure. Additionally, our “Animal Transportation Application” form will need to be submitted. (You can download the application form here, and then fill it out - three copies will be needed. Alternatively, you may go to the airport ticket or check-in counter on the scheduled departure day to fill out the form.)

3. Each passenger is permitted to transport one animal only. If an animal is checked-in as baggage, the weight of the container and pet in total may not exceed 20 kg (44 lbs).

4. Arriving at the airport 2 hours before the scheduled flights is suggested to carry out relevant procedures for your pets, including check-in, container packaging etc.

5. The airline is unable to transport animals under the following circumstances:

• the animal to be transported has been prohibited by government of the country/countries it is being transported within/to

• the animal to be transported has symptoms of or is suspected of having an infectious disease or illness

• the animal to be transported is a canine or feline less than six weeks old

• the animal to be transported is pregnant or has given birth within 48 hours of the scheduled flight departure.

• the animal to be transported does not meet the regulations in the departing city or country, the transfer city or country, and/or arrival city or country.

• the model of the aircraft does not allow for animal transportation (for example, the cargo hold on some particular models of planes may be sealed and as a result lack an oxygen flow, thus being unsuitable for the safe transport of animals). Please confirm with our staff if animals can be transported on your flight beforehand.

• there is more than one carrier involved in the journey and the animal to be transported does not meet the requirements of all carriers.

Essential Documents

Should you require traveling with pets, please inform your local Hainan Airlines Sales office and prepare all the relevant documents in advance.

1. For International Flights:

• Valid import/export certificates issued by the government authorities of the departing/transit/arrival countries.

• Valid health and rabies vaccination certificates by thegovernment authorities of your departing/transit/arrival countries.

• Any additional or special documents that may be required for the government authorities of your departing/transit/arrival countries

• To ensure a smooth and safe transportation of your pet, please contact the embassies and relevant government authorities for information on requirements and procedures pertaining to the transportation of animals. Of course, feel free to ask your local Hainan Airlines Sales office for more information.

2. For Domestic Routes:

•Valid health and rabies vaccination certificates issued by the Animal Health Supervision Authorities should be provided, as well as valid sterilizing certificates for the containers.

• For the latest information on travel documents, please contact the embassies or government departments of the countries relevant to your journey.


Container Requirements

For the safe and comfortable transport of animals, an especially designed container is recommended for the transportation of your pet. Please see the picture below for an example.



1. Transport containers for pets must be made of solid and sturdy materials and have a fixed top. Containers are required to have sufficient ventilation on at least three sides of the container. The door of this container must be made of metal. On international flights, containers are required to have ventilation on all four sides.

2. The bottom of the container which the pet is being transported in must be covered by moisture absorbent pad, such as a towel, blanket or several pieces of white paper to prevent the excrement of your pets from leaking out of the container onto other baggage. (Newspapers are not recommended to be used for this as ink may contain substances toxic to animals).

3. Container Size:

• The container must be big enough to allow your pet to turn around normally while standing

• The container must be big enough to allow your pet to stand, sit and lie in a natural position

• It is recommended that only one pet be placed in each container.

4. All fittings on the container (including screws, latches, rivets, lockset etc.) must be steadily fastened, sturdy and in working condition. The door of the container must be equipped with locking devices, preventing the animals from escaping out in the journey.

5. The bottom of the container must be flat to prevent the container from sliding. Any wheels on the container must be fastened, in order to prevent the container from moving during the flight.

Pet Transportation Charges

1. Monetary value of animals to be transported (including assistive dogs) does not need to be declared.

2. Guide dogs and other types of assistive dogs are transported free of charge.

3. With the exception of assistive dogs, the total weight of the animal, container, food and water will be charged as excess baggage.

4. For flights between China and United States or Canada, the baggage charges will be calculated according to the number of baggage items a passenger has. The cost for transporting an animal on these flights is calculated according to a formula where one item is assigned to one size bracket. One item equals 110 US dollars; hence, for each size bracket the container surpasses, an additional 110 US dollars will be charged. This fee applies to trans-pacific flights. 5. For all other routes, fees for transporting animals will be calculated according to overweight baggage fees. Fees will be calculated according to the total weight (in kilograms) of the animal, its container, food and water, times the standard overweight baggage fee per kilogram. The standard overweight baggage fee is 1.5% of the highest published economy class single adult ticket fare.

Preparing Your Pet for Flight

1. To prepare your pet for a long-haul flight, we recommend that your pet becomes accustomed to staying in its container before travel. It also helps to place a favorite toy or treat inside the container to make your pet feel more at home during the flight.

2. For your convenience and for the safety and comfort of your animal, we strongly recommend that you take a direct flight when traveling with animals. Furthermore, we recommend that you avoid traveling during extremely cold or hot periods in order to lesson the stress on your animal. If traveling in the summer, we recommend that you avoid traveling in the middle of the day and take an early or late flight instead.

3. We recommend that you do not give pets any medication before and during a flight. Some medications can have serious side affects at high altitudes and may be harmful to your pet.

4. Arriving at the airport at least 2 hours before the scheduled departure is recommended to make necessary preparation and carry out relevant check-in procedures for your pets.

5. Our airport ground staff will help you with filling out an “Animal Transportation Record” as below prior to the animal transport, ensuring us to provide better service for your pets.



Traveling With Assistive Animals

1. Assistive animals generally refer to certified guide dogs, hearing dogs, trained dogs for people with disabilities, and service dogs. Assistive animals that are allowed to be transported in the cabin are strictly restricted to canines.

2. When traveling with any kind of assistive dogs outlined above, you need to bring all the traveling documents for your pets, as well as any valid qualification cetificates.

3. If your assistive dogs are not allowed into the cabin, they will be transported free of charge.

Я уже описывал ситуацию, что заказать билет BKK-MOW через Пекин на их сайте невозможно, только сегментами, что получается значительно дороже цены, выдаваемой поисковиками

попросите чтобы агент, продавший вам билет, внес в бронь ssr запрос petc и получите быстрый ответ а/к, если на каком-либо из рейсов есть ограничения, то либо откажут, либо предложат скорректировать запрос.

Агент.ру. Нашел через скайсканнер. Судя по информации в сети бывают иногда проблемы, но редко и обычно стандартные, как и у любого агента. То есть информация у них не в он-лайн режиме, а обновляется через какое-то время. Поэтому может цена болтаться, а сами билеты раскупаться. Но вроде все зарегистрировали. Через официальный сайт Хайнаня не получилось пробить booking number (такое бывает, насколько я знаю, в разных компаниях), но через какую-то международный сервис отслеживания бронирования все пробивалось.

Меня интересовала вообще конкретная процедура. У агентов вообще ноль информации по таким экзотическим вопросам :-)

После пинания офисов в Москве, Бангкоке и Пекине удалось выяснить:

Перевозить можно. Но в багаже в специальном отсеке. В кабину не пускают.
Набор документов стандартный.
Нужен двойной комплект документов. Для перелета Бангкок-Пекин и для Пекин-Москва.
Оплата за животного как за перевес где-то 10$ за кг за перелет Бангкок-Пекин. Пекин-Москва нужно узнавать отдельно.

Поскольку никто толком не знает конкретной процедуры (грузчики кота переносят на другой рейс или мы?), а также учитывая общие расходы (включая кучу сопутствующих), все больше подумываем об отправлении коммерческим грузом напрямую. Выйдет дешевле, проблем, несмотря на обилие документов, меньше.
