according to to point II.2. of the Protective measure issued by the Ministry of Health of 30th September 2021, there is a general ban on the entry of third-country nationals into the territory of the Czech Republic. Nevertheless, there are exceptions for:
persons fully vaccinated according to point III.5 or III.6 of the Protective measure
- person with a valid EU COVID digital certificate or national certificate* of completed vaccination against COVID-19 according to point III.7 or III.8
- *a written confirmation issued at least in English by an authorized entity operating in a third country, the example of which is published in the list of recognized national certificates on the website of the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic, here:

If both conditions are met - you have vaccinations, you overcame covid or youcan prove your stay for more than 14 days in a green country + have a valid entry permit, it is possible to enter the Czech Republic. If you do not meet both conditions simultaneously, you need to wait until the epidemiological situation improves.
