В списке нет конкретно Венеции, но полагаю это вопрос времени. Речь о полном возмещении идет о лицах, проживающих в городах Италии, но полагаю для тех, кто прилетает туда, чтобы сесть на лайнер это тоже должно быть актуально.
https://www.costacruises.com/coronavirus.html Important information for the protection of our guests’ and crew’s health.
Now that the World Health Organization has raised its global alert level, Costa Cruises has decided to further strengthen the precautionary measures applied to its fleet in order to guarantee maximum safety for guests and crew.
Guests, visitors and crew members of any nationality who have traveled from, to or through mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macau in the 14 days prior to boarding are not allowed to board Costa ships. The same measure applies to those who have been in contact with suspected or confirmed cases of Coronavirus, for which a regular declaration has been made to the competent health authorities.
As of February 22, given the current outbreak of the virus in a number of different Italian towns, Costa Cruises has also decided to deny boarding to any customers originating from one of these towns, (specifically Casalpusterlengo (Lodi), Codogno (Lodi), Castiglione D'Adda (Lodi), Fombio (Lodi), Maleo (Lodi), Somaglia (Lodi), Bertonico (Lodi), Terranova dei Passerini (Lodi), Castelgerundo (Lodi), San Fiorano (Lodi) in Lombardy, and Vò Euganeo (Padua) in the Veneto region) and other cities that should be added in the future to the list published by the Italian Ministry of Health.
Costa Cruises is therefore contacting passengers resident in these towns, either directly or through travel agencies, to let them know about this decision and how to go about getting a full refund.
Given the fast-changing nature of the situation, this restriction will also be extended to all the areas included in the alert issued by the Italian Ministry of Health and related Health Authorities.
Moreover, none of the excursions available to our guests will include visits to sites in the Piedmont, Lombardy and Veneto Regions.
All embarking guests, visitors or crew members are given a specific pre-screening medical questionnaire to better assess their suitability for boarding.
Anyone boarding our ships will be screened for body temperature: anyone with a body temperature above 37.8° C will be denied access to the ship.
Costa guarantees guests and crew the highest standards of cleanliness on board its ships thanks to strict sanitization protocols and the use of disinfectants effective against Coronavirus.
The safety and health of passengers is Costa Cruises' number one priority. Precautionary measures are taken on Costa Cruises ships, including the screening of guests and crew, if circumstances require it. In addition, all ships in the fleet are equipped with medical facilities with dedicated staff, available 24 hours a day, and can count on advice and support from professionals and specialized external medical facilities. The cruise industry is one of the best equipped and experienced in the field of health protection.
For the 4 Costa ships that have been operating in China since January 25, 2020, following the decision taken by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the People's Republic of China to suspend travel and tourism activities as a form of prevention and control, as a precaution, the company has decided to cancel all cruises departing from China until mid-March. Guests affected by cancellations will be refunded or may choose to move their booking to another departure point. These cruises are only sold in China for the Chinese market.
