"As you may find our website https://iberia.com/es/en/covid-19/measures-taken/ , given the current circumstances you will be able to fly to Russia as long as you have documentation proving your nationality or residency. Keep in mind a negative PCR test will be required as well and we do recommend you to double check with your embassy for last moment updates. Regarding your other doubts, keep in mind that it all would depend on the type of reservation you have, you won’t need to leave the airport if your flights are under the same reservation, and therefore no other documentation or check would be required since you would be heading straight away to your next flight, otherwise you would need to get through the border control and show the corresponding documentation. For any further doubts we recommend you to contact with our Serviberia team."

"I'm returning back home to my country (Russia) from Mexico with Iberia flight to Madrid and consequent Aeroflot flight the same day. I hold a valid EU Visa Type C. Considering the current situation, please let me know (1) if I will be boarded on Iberia flight in Mexico, (2) should I get through border or just a transit zone in Madrid airport; and (3) do I have to present QR code and/or PCR upon arrival to Madrid airport, with the transit like this."
