https://atsaairlines.com ?
UPD.
I would not recommend using ATSA to fly to Chachapoyas: Better fly to Jaen and then drive the 4 hours.
I initially thought this was a waste of time and bought tix from ATSA directly to Chachapoyas: I traveled in the beginning of the rainy season, i.e. in December. The problem was that if the weather is bad at the scheduled time of flight they will make the plane coming from Lima go back ALL the way to Lima (instead of for example landing in Jaen and waiting there) and will not even try to fly later in the day when the weather gets better. I was scheduled to depart from Chachapoyas on a Saturday, and they rescheduled me to Monday! If they had wanted to fly that afternoon they could have, since it was sunny in Chachapoyas for many hours...
Do not waste your money buying tix from ATSA: Given that I could not put my life on hold for 2 days, as their rescheduling of my flight implied, I had to spend $300 for a 1-way tix to fly from Jaen the following day, plus the tranportation to Jaen airport, plus the additional hotel night...
I do not recommend flying ATSA!
