I've booked a ticket from Moscow to Rome by Alitalia via your site on February,15.
shortly after that I got a message from you confirming my flight (booking codes {{{{{{ and {{{{{{{) and three amounts were frozen on my credit card (including 19.06 USD as a service fee).
But recently Alitalia has announced that there was a mistake in its booking system and my ticket has to be cancelled, in the meanwhile it ensured that the money will drop down within next 48 hours.
In my bank account statement I see right now, two transactions by Alitalia as unconfirmed, but 19.06 USD by Elsyarres as already charged.
I would like you to proceed with my request and debit by account with 19.06 USD or liaise with Alitalia and have my ticket issued.
Otherwise I would claim the transaction as fraud and require investigation trough my bank.

I have used your services on 15 February 2010 while purchasing Alitalia tickets from Moscow to Rome (round trip). You have charged my card for your services - for some reason my ticket was cancelled.
I do not have an international bank account details - I will suit you and Alitalia.
You did know about the cancellation - noone has talked to me in this regard - no email, no call, nothing.
I have called to Alitalia on February 17 because they sent me a message that I had to confirm my booking, they said that it was a mistake and that's it.
If that was a mistake why did you charged me for 19 dollars and they still has my money frozen????
I need to get unambiguous explanations and my tickets, otherwise I will proceed with this case using legal advisor.
