propusnice@rdd.gov.hr,
policija@mup.hr.

Good day. I am from Russia and my girlfriend bought tickets to Croatia (Zagreb) on November 24, 2020. Departure on January 1. And the apartment was paid on November 25th. There were no bans yet. Can we fly to Croatia and stay? Spend 2 days in a hotel in Zagreb and then leave for Opatija? We will arrive with a test for Covid-19.
ПРиложила билеты , и брони аппартаментов.
На что мне одни ответили через 3 дня и вторые ответили сегодня.
ОТвет первых:
Dear,
if you present a negative PCR test result for SARS-CoV-2 that is not older than 48 hours (counting from the time of taking the swab to arriviing at the border crossing point), proof of an appointment with a doctor/dentist, and proof of paid accommodation you will be allowed to enter.
In order to shorten the procedure at the border crossing point, we advise all foreign passengers, regardless of their citizenship, to fill the announcement in advance at Enter Croatia.
https://mup.gov.hr/uzg-covid/english/286212Border police officers will not issue passes to travellers entering the Republic of Croatia and going to the place of their registered permanent residence in the Republic of Croatia. Rather, they have to take the shortest possible route to their registered permanent residence address.
If, when entering the Republic of Croatia, travellers with permanent residence in the Republic of Croatia state that they are not going to the address of their registered permanent or temporary residence due to the fact that they are not residing there for justified and verified reasons (they have sold their house or apartment, the building was damaged by the earthquake or flood, and similar objective grounds), and are now residing at another address, border police officers will exceptionally issue passes to this category of travellers so that they can reach the said address of permanent/temporary residence.
Foreign nationals who do not have a regulated status in the Republic of Croatia or Croatian nationals who have deregistered their permanent residence address in the Republic of Croatia will receive the same treatment. When entering the Republic of Croatia, they will have to provide the address where they will be temporarily residing.
Likewise, possession of valid passes by passengers departing on domestic flights will also be checked at airports, in cooperation with air carriers and airport operators.
Best regards,
