Admission and Transit Restrictions:
Until 31 August 2021, passengers are not allowed to enter.
This does not apply to family members of nationals of Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland (Rep.), Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and Vatican City (Holy See).
This does not apply to passengers traveling as tourists.
This does not apply to passengers traveling through Croatia to a third country for a maximum stay of 12 hours. They must prove that they can enter the destination country.
This does not apply to passengers traveling on business.
This does not apply to passengers traveling as students.

Passengers traveling on business must have an invitation letter from a company in Croatia.
Passengers arriving from Brazil or South Africa must have a negative COVID-19 PCR test taken at most 48 hours before arrival. They are subject to mandatory self-isolation for 14 days.
Passengers arriving from Tanzania (only Zanzibar) must have a negative COVID-19 PCR test taken at most 48 hours before arrival. They are subject to mandatory self-isolation for 14 days.
Passengers arriving from Cyprus, India, Russian Fed. or United Kingdom must have:
- a negative COVID-19 PCR test taken at most 72 hours before arrival; or
- a negative COVID-19 rapid antigen test taken at most 48 hours before arrival.
Passengers must have:
- a negative COVID-19 PCR test taken at most 72 hours before arrival; or
- a rapid antigen test taken at most 48 hours before arrival. The rapid antigen test must be listed on
https://хер/b57mretv ; or
- a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated with AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria), Moderna, Pfizer-BioNTech, Sinopharm or Sputnik V at most 270 days before arrival; or
- a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated with Janssen at least 14 days and at most 270 days before arrival; or
- a COVID-19 recovery certificate issued at most 180 days before arrival and a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that the passenger received the first dose of the vaccine not more than 270 days before arrival; or
- a positive COVID-19 PCR or rapid antigen test result issued at least 11 days and at most 270 days before arrival; or
- are subject to a COVID-19 PCR or rapid antigen test upon arrival and self-isolation for up to 10 days.
This does not apply to passengers arriving from Brazil, India or South Africa.
This does not apply to passengers arriving from Tanzania (Zanzibar).
This does not apply to passengers arriving directly from Switzerland or an EEA Member State with an EU Digital COVID Certificate.
This does not apply to passengers arriving directly from Switzerland or an EEA Member State with a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they received the first vaccine dose of Moderna, Pfizer-BioNTech or Sputnik V between 22 and 42 days before arrival, or showing that they received the first vaccine dose of AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria) between 22 and 84 days before arrival.
This does not apply to minors younger than 12 years accompanied by their parents or legal guardians. The parents or guardians must have an EU Digital COVID Certificate, a negative COVID-19 PCR or rapid antigen test result, a vaccination certificate or a recovery certificate.

Passports and passport replacing documents issued more than 10 years prior to date of travel are not accepted.
