Да, билеты именные, но должна быть процедура замены имени, узнайте. Ну, об этом написано на сайте (об именных). По его билетам вы не пройдете.

Они не именные! Они привязаны к главному покупателю. Он должен присутствовать. Можно ли сменить имя покупателя, не знаю, не подскажу

When I showed up with those tickets they first asked for the ID - I explained that my friend got them for me and I didn't have their ID. They just made me show them their contact on LINE to prove that it actually was my friend and that was that. So don't worry and don't overthink it, those rules are in place just to avoid resellers, not to actually keep you out of the museum for dumb reasons.

Разница огромная. Если бы они были все именные, я бы внутрь не попал)
