Day 1 :Putussibau – Lanjak- Sungai Pelaik Longhouse

Proceed to Lanjak and Lunch. Proceed to Sungai Pelaik Longhouse by speedboat, enjoy the Sentarum lake while the trip. As arrival, trekking to the Dayak Iban Longhouse through traditional bridge for about 15 minutes. The local Iban will greet you by their traditional welcoming ceremony. Music, dances, local-drinks and cookies. Enter the longhouse and enjoy the local cookies served. Enjoy the environment, In the afternoon (optional), trekking near by the longhouse.Rest of to acclimatize and prepare for adventure trip. Later tonight, gather for a dinner and a briefing by KOMPAKH. Overnight at Sungai Pelaik Longhouse. (L, D)

Day 2: Sungai Pelaik – Research station (Bukit Peninjau)- Floating house

After breakfast, one day (approximately 6 hours) trekking in peak-swam forest. While trekking you may spot nests or individual of wild Orangutan. Enjoy the nature and lunch will be served simply on the way. As arrival, stop over at the hut in Bukit Peninjau. After a short rest, trek to the boat in Danau Kasin and boating to a floating house in Danau Merebung. Enjoy the afternoon in the lake with proboscis monkey watching activities, sunset and swimming. Enter the Floating house to set up you bed. In the evening (optional) with local guide cruise the lake by local small wooden boat to hunt the snack head fish by using spears or just watch them in their nature habitat. Back to the floating house and rest. (B, L, D)

Day 3: Floating house – Meliau Longhouse-Tekenang Island

Enjoy your morning at the floating house. Pack all of your things and boat back to Meliau longhouse. Enjoy the longhouse and rest for the next trip. Get your boat in Meliau longhouse and continue your 2-3 hours boat in DanauSentarum NP to reach Tekenang Island. Tekenang is a small island in the centre of DanauSentarum National Park, here you can stay at a simple lodge managed by national park. Here, you can also enjoy your visit by walking around in board walk and hike up the Tekenang Hill to discover the Sentarum Lake from high point. Enjoy the landscape of the park. Back to the lodge, and get your simple dinner. (B, L, D)

Day 4: Tekenang Island-Lanjak- Putussibau

After breakfast and all preparations are ready, 45 minutes boat trip start to head Lanjak. As arrival in Lanjak, out from the boat, directly jump to car for heading Putussibau. Enjoy Putussibau town (B,L,D).
