Здесь не про самоизоляцию, до конца ситуация непонятна, но нарваться на эксцесс исполнителя можно (взято с отзывов на букинг):

Really the worst experience. Me and my bf wanted to check in , and they asked us apply healthy form .. ok we ask that woman coz my bf live in NY already 6 years + so what’s the reason to apply COVID form ,coz the form asked the recent arrival info (which airline ,plane number ,seat ...etc) so it nothing can apply for my bf ,and we told her ,she just said if no apply no check in ,even didn’t listen our reason and totally didn’t wanna help and said if you guys want ,can cancel the book ..what? Didn’t even suggest maybe can help us connect the manger to help us , even after we ask her we wanna talk with manager ,so she just very unhappy and called manager ,(but already been a long time ) then finally manager came ,he was nice tried to help us ,we explained situation and he asked the proof about where my bf live and he showed to manager . So got proof ,then manager just let us checked in . So ppl ! Be careful this hotel treat the ppl who has foreign passport very unfriendly ,in this time COVID situation,if check in as American ID ,even they fly somewhere just back they don’t ask you anything it’s not safe at all ,but if you are the foreign who already has green card and already lived here so long ,did’t even travel to anywhere ,they will force you apply form ,if you don’t do that ..they won’t let you check in even you paid.
