Родственник привозил для личного использования на время пребывания в гостях. Никакие документы нигде не спрашивали, хотя был с собой эпикриз из больницы на всякий случай. Но не понадобилось.

Сейчас увидела ваше сообщение в другой теме. Про ввоз лекарств с психотропными веществами не подскажу. Допускаю, что для них какие-то особые правила. Поэтому я бы искала людей, кто ездил именно с такими лекарствами, а не просто с лекарствами по рецепту, т.к. это отдельный случай. Мой родственник вез лекарства от сердца, давления и т.п.

Но думаю, в любом случае имеет смысл взять у врача какую-нибудь выписку о назначении вам этого препарата и необходимости его принимать.

Здравствуйте! Вопрос про ввоз фенобарбитала в Германию. Не могу обходиться без Пентанов Icn, только он помогает при мигрени. Что делать?

Ну как я понял нужно прежде всего написать вопрос таможне (можно на английском) сюда enquiries.english@zoll.de
Для моего случая они просят :
- Рецепт от врача + перевод (нотрариально заверенный? - не знаю)
- Сертификат типа такого https://www.bfarm.de/SharedDocs/Downloa ... cationFile
Можно попробовать попросить написать врача выписку с данными как в сертификате и перевести.

Dear xxx,

When entering Germany, travellers may bring with them medication in quantities that meet usual personal needs. The usual personal need of a traveller is seen as being a maximum of 3 months’ supply of the recommended dose of each medical product. This can be proven by the doctor’s prescription and/or by the dosage recommendation.

The import of narcotics (controlled substances) according to the German Narcotics Act is regulated more strictly. Annex III of the German Narcotics Act lists the marketable, but prescription only narcotics which may be imported to Germany, provided certain conditions are fulfilled (in German only: https://www.gesetze-im-internet.de/btmg_1981/).

According to my information, the substance ‘Clonazepam’ is indeed classified as such a narcotic substance. However, there is an exception from this classification for preparations

of Clonazepam containing no other listed substance and in case of a dripping solution no more than 0.25%, but at most 250 mg per packaging unit or in other cases at most 2 mg of Clonazepam per divided form.

Generally, travellers are permitted to import narcotic substances acquired on the basis of a prescription by a physician in quantities appropriate for the duration of their journey as travel necessities and at most for 30 days. Third persons are not allowed to carry the controlled мята as these are permitted exclusively for one's own use.

Travellers from outside the Schengen Area need to have their prescribing physicians issue a multilingual certificate including information on individual and daily doses, international name of the active substance and duration of the trip. The certificate is to be authenticated by the competent supreme health authority of your home country or an authority to which it has delegated that competence and is to be carried during the journey in addition to the prescription. The layout of the certificate is not binding (template: https://www.bfarm.de/SharedDocs/Downloa ... cationFile). It is valid for 30 days.

This document lists Russia’s competent authorities on page 60. Regarding authenticating your mentioned certificate, you might want to turn to them.

As there are no internationally harmonized regulations regarding carrying controlled мята, please check the national regulations of your other destination or transit countries.

Был у кого опыт ввоза рецептурных (в Германии) лекарств?

И даже опиатов. И не для себя. Без проблем. Зеленый коридор. Но лучше подстраховаться рецепт с собой. Перевод по возможности, и кому, диагноз и т.д вдруг не понравитесь таможеннику и возникнут вопросики. Но это в том случае, есло оочень неповезет.
