выбираю прокатную контору для бронирования авто в Малаге на 9 дней ( июнь).
нужно детское кресло( до бустера не доросли еще ), наиболее прозрачная страховка ( но не за заоблачные деньги), хотелось бы адекватную топливную политику.
Абсолютно не интересны опции "второй водитель", "выезды за пределы Испании".
Брать и возвращать в аэропорту Малаги.
посоветуйте, пожалуйста, контору с хорошими ценами на нужные доп. услуги.

1.0 Unlimited coverage for personal injuries towards the driver and passengers in the car, and injuries caused to third party.
All damages caused to the vehicle if caused by an accident where an identified third party is involved ALSO INCLUDING undercarriage and clutch.
Expressedly INCLUDED:
1.1 Scratches and damages to the bodywork, glass, wheels/tyres (in case of puncture or blowout), front and rear lights, windscreens - ALSO covered if caused by a third party or by the renter himself (PROVIDING THAT THE CAR RENTAL COMPANY IS INFORMED ABOUT THE DAMAGES PROMPTLY).
NOT INCLUDED if damage is caused by the renter:
1.2 Damages caused by negligence. Damage caused by the renter due to reckless driving or parking, such as damages caused due to driving on non-signed roads (dirt tracks or in Spanish “Carril”), misuse of clutch - antennae, upholstery, cigarette burns, extremely dirty interiors, loss/damage of keys, wrong re-fuelling and expenses derived of the afore mentioned.
NOT INCLUDED:
1.3 Traffic and parking fines:A flat fee of 15€ for handeling applies.
1.4 Towing due to wrong parking, damages caused due to ignoring the car´s dashboard symbols, driving the car in a way that may cause further damages to it, transport of pets, misuse, expenses/economic loss derived of the aforementioned.
Delivery at Malaga Airport
2.0 All cars are delivered personally and FREE OF CHARGE by the car rental staff who will be waiting INSIDE THE ARRIVALS HALL at Malaga Airport – cars are ready ON-SITE. Exact information regarding delivery will be forwarded in the BOOKING CONFIRMATION.
Late Delivery - 22:00 - 08:00
2.1 A fixed fee of 18€ is charged for late deliveries
Delivery to Holiday address
2.2 We deliver til holiday destinations along Costa del Sol - This service is on request only
Returning of the vehicle
3.0 Vehicle and keys are to be returned to our staff in time, according to the agreed at the time of delivery.
3.1 In it´s defect, any costs incurred by our staff in order to recover the vehicle shall be charged to the renter – this includes towing expenses, fines, our time and all cost derived thereof, direct and indirect!
3.2 The renter is only legally covered by the insurance until the point of termination of the contract.
3.3 Beyond this point an extra day shall be charged.
Night and Early morning RETURNING og the car – 22:00 – 08:00
3.4 A fixed fee of 10€ will be charged at the time of delivery.
Vehicles and Groups
4.0 Groups: please read under the “CARS” button on the website!
4.1 We GUARANTEE TO DELIVER THE GROUP! We DO NOT guarantee to deliver a specific make or model, or with a specific engine size, or with a specific engine type
4.2 Images of cars and mentioning of specific makes and models are used as WELL KNOW EXAMPLES in order to make the choice easy for you.
4.3 Most cars in the fleet are diesel - however we DO NOT GUARANTEE TO DELIVER A DIESEL CAR, and accept no “complaints” to our hardworking staff regarding this.
Extensions of the rental contract
5.1 Extensions may be granted 48 hour before the termination of the contract.
Payment
5.0 Payment is done on arrival when the car is delivered.
5.1 Credit cards accepted: Visa and MasterCard – Debit cards (Visa or MasterCard) are accepted if the first of the 16 digits is 4 or 5. No exceptions!
5.2 C.a.s.h. payment accepted in Eur. on the exact amount (the dots are not a misspelling but to avoid fraud) This is subject to producing a credit card in the renters own name (in case of missing fuel, traffic fines, negligent use etc. which we are not prepared to pay for)
Fuel Policy – Customer Friendly and fair - NO FUELCHARGES
6.1 The vehicle is delivered with ½ a tank of fuel – The renter returns it with ½ a tank of fuel unless otherwise informed by the car rental staff that delivers the vehicle i.e. NO FUELCHARGES!
6.2 A fixed handling fee of 25€ + the missing fuel will be charged the renter´s Credit Card, should the car be returned with less fuel.
Extras - Child Seats FREE
7.0 We supply child seats and booster seats (pillows) FREE of charge, which, due to Spanish regulations, MUST be mounted/fastened by the renter – NOT by the staff who delivers the car.
7.1 Child seats and boosters comply with European standards and are FARWARD FACING. We do NOT deliver high end brands.
Additional Drivers FREE
8.0 Four additional drivers are allowed per contract FREE of charge.
8.1 In order to be covered, all drivers must hold a valid driver’s license and be acknowledged by the car rental company.
8.2 Additional drivers must be present and SIGN THE CONTRACT.
Extras – GPS
8.1 We supply GPS for 5€ per rental day, maximum 35€/rental
Documentation needed
9.0 The main driver must be able to produce the following at the delivery of the vehicle:
Valid passport,
Valid drivers licence
Credit card - Visa or MasterCard
The credit card used for payment MUST be in the renters/main drivers name.
Age limitation
10.0 Minimum age is 23 with 3 years of driving experience. Maximum age is 70 years.
10.1 For driver over 70 years the SAME conditions apply with the following excess in case of damages: 250€ group C, C1 and D - 300€ - Group E, F, G - 350€ Group H, J, J1, L, K.
Negligent use
11.0 Negligent and non-adequate use of the vehicle is under no circumstances covered – all costs and/or economic loss, direct and indirect, that the car rentals company may suffer as a consequence thereof shall be paid by the renter.
11.1 In particular, the following is considered negligence: to damage wheels/tyres by hitting the curb while parking, circulating under the influence of alcohol or мята, circulating beyond the termination of the contract, excessive speeding, driving on non-signed roads/tracks, wrong use of clutch, reckless driving, reckless parking, circulating without being registered as a recognized driver on the contract, not respecting the dashboard warning symbols, to disregard traffic signs.
Renters obligation in case of damages/breakdown
12.0 It is the renters obligation to inform the car rental company about breakdown/damage immediately when it happens –
12.1 A brief declaration signed by the renter, with description of the occurred, including time, place and circumstances must be handed in to the car rental company.
12.2 In case of break down, robbery or accident, the renter must take all measures not to abandon the vehicle in a position that may expose it to suffering further damages which will be considered negligence.
Renters obligation in case of accident
13.0 To immediately call the police and make a police report, and if necessary, declare at the nearest Policia Local or Guardia Civil.
13.1 To inform the car rental company immediately or, as soon as possible within 24 hours.
13.2 If a third party is involved the following details MUST by law be exchanged in between both parties:
- Third party´s full name
- ID
- License plates
- Insurance company (compañia de seguros)
- Insurance licence number (numero de poliza).
13.3 If the third party cannot identify himself, or refuses to identify himself the Police MUST be called immediately.
13.3 When possible, the “friendly declaration” or "Declaracion Amistosa de Accidente) should be filled in by the renter and the third party, and a copy of this document handed in to our staff.
13.4 Notification of damages and/or handling of documentation regarding damages or accidents at the returning, or after the returning of the vehicle, and/or false declaration regarding damages, verbal or in written will NOT BE ACCEPTED, meaning that the renter will be held economically responsible for the damages/economic loss!

есть какой-то подвох?
не включены налоги? или страховка плохая? хотя вроде и кузов, и стекла, шины включены.
( смущает только пункт 11.1 - там шины они исключают при небрежной парковке... и не понятно как доказать, что шина лопнула в пути, а не вот только щас при праковке? ... ну да ладно)
по топливу система вроде честная.
Брали машину только на Тенерифе у плюскара, там как-то проще всё оказалось, а на материке куча тонкостей и сложностей.
помогите, пожалуйста
