Вот, попытался купить билеты Лангкави - Липе. Сайт затребовал данные карты. Потом прислал письмо . Привожу его ниже. В письме сказано "ЭТО НЕ БИЛЕТ". В течении суток проверим карту, вышлем ваучер на билет и спишем деньги. Да деньги списали. А вот "ваучера"нет. Вторые сутки. Написал тайцам письмо. Не отвечают... Списался с банком. Деньги не сняли, а "заморозили ". Те на развод не похоже
Ваше мнение, что делать??

A. Check in procedure
All passengers are required to produce a copy of their booking voucher and check-in 1.30 hrs before the departure time from Langkawi-Lipe and check-in 2 hrs before the departure time from Lipe-Langkawi . The counter closes 45 Minutes before departure time.
- Langkawi-Lipe (Ferry) check in point at Kuah Jetty (Jetty Point Food Court Inner extrace)
- Lipe-Langakwi check in point at Bundhaya Speed Boat office Lipe Branch (Between Immigration office and Bundhaya Resort)
- On your traveling date , If you have a confirmed booking and should there be any delays in flight, please inform us before hand by calling +60134674055 . In the event that you are booked and missed our 09.30hrs morning shuttle, we may be able to board you on the same day 14.30hrs shuttle subject to availability of seats. We do not offer next day boarding.
B. Ticket are NOT INCLUDED Tarutao National Park Fee, Environmental Fee and Long tail boat between speed boat and any resort on Koh Lipe.
C. Ticket CANNOT CANCEL and NON REFUND in any case

F. Ferry can be cancelled the trip in case of the weather condition without prior notice.
G. About Visa
Most nationals under the Tourist Visa Exemption Scheme can enter Thailand without a visa for a period of 15 days each time (30 days if you arrive at international airport) via this neighbouring border checkpoint at Koh Lipe from Langkawi, Malaysia. Thai Immigration Post on Koh Lipe does not provide Visa-On-Arrival facility for nationals that require visa to enter Thailand.
Valid travel document of not less than 6 months is required to enter Koh Lipe, Thailand. For extended stays of more than 15 days in Koh Lipe, ensure you obtain a valid visa from the Royal Thai Embassy or Consulate closest to you before your travel to Thailand. If you are already in Thailand, visit the nearest Royal Thai Immigration District Office, for extension of stay.
