I refer to the email message of 23 January 2013, which was forwarded to us by our office in Moscow.
I regret to learn of the inconvenience you experienced during your recent journey with Emirates.
Having reviewed your reservation history, under booking reference XXXXXX, I am now in a position to respond.
Our records show that due to system glitch, the booking was cancelled in Business and Economy class on flight EK175 from Dubai to St. Petersburg on 11 January, which resulted for you inconvenience at the Dubai airport.
Nonetheless, purely as a gesture of goodwill, without prejudice or admission of liability, I am pleased to reimburse the total amount EUR 373.50.00 in the form of MCO (Miscelleous Charges Order). The MCO is valid for one year from the date of issuance and can be used to purchase an Emirates travel related service such as part payments for air tickets or excess baggage charges. Additionally, this MCO may only be redeemed directly through an Emirates Ticketing office.
Kindly advise me of your current postal address and telephone contact details. You may email us at customer.affairs@emirates.com quoting your reference as XXXXXXX, to enable us to forward the voucher to you.

Проще говоря, это был "системный глюк", они извиняются и готовы выслать мне ваучер(MCO) на 373,50€, которые я могу использовать на билеты и другие услуги Emirates или обналичить в офисе Emirates в течении года...::::))))

Надеюсь что они действительно пришлют мне этот ваучер...
