Мне пришло письмо от эстонцев.
Dear holder of Estonian Air flight ticket
We have received your refund application for Estonian Air ticket # ХХХХХХХХХ. According to conditions set by state the application must be supplemented with a document proving the payment, i.e. copy of payment, account or credit card statement. If the applicant cannot provide proof of payment, the person will not be refunded. Read full conditions here.
Refund will be paid to applicants' bank account. Please provide bank account number corresponding to IBAN standard. Previously presented account number ХХХХХХХХХХХХХХХХХ does not meet the standard!
Requested information is to be submitted in special webform.

В письме нажимаешь на DATA SUBMISSION FORM и переходишь на форму следующего содержания, где нужно ввести номер билета, свои банковские данные и загрузить документ, подтверждающий оплату.
Refund conditions and payment proof document
Please notice that in order to make refund Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications require presenting document certifying payment for the ticket (payment order, account or credit card statement, etc) and a corresponding invoice if there was one. Please read and accept refund conditions and present electronic document here. If the applicant cannot prove that he or she has paid for the ticket, the compensation will not be paid out.

With regard to your application for compensation submitted through Estonian Air website
https://www2.estonian-air.ee/, we kindly ask you to respond to this e-mail and confirm the following:
a) A new ticket was not automatically issued to you for a flight that took place within the period of 8–10 November 2015, or you cancelled the ticket;
b) If the ticket has been paid for by a credit card, you have not given or intend to give an order to the bank that issued the credit card to suspend, cancel or return the payment, referring to the non-receipt of the goods purchased;
c) You have not received insurance indemnity for the compensation of the ticket price with regard to the cancelled flight and you do not have any rights to apply for it from the insurer in the future. However, you may apply for indemnity from your insurer to compensate for other unforeseen costs, which emerged in connection with the cancelled flight;
d) You agree that your ticket money is returned to the bank account from which it was originally paid for the ticket. If it is not possible to determine (e.g. credit card transactions), you have entered the bank account number to which you want to receive compensation;
e) You are not a travel agency/tour operator or a legal person, who provides services within a professional activity;
f) You have read and accept the terms and conditions for the compensation of the value of the ticket validated on the OV code of Estonian Air AS, available at
