Flight information: Febuary 6-9, 2012
Industrial action has been called by several air transport unions during the period 6 to 9 February 2012.
We are compelled to reduce our flight schedule accordingly and we do not exclude "on the spot" cancellations as well as delays. We certainly regret this situation and are doing our utmost to reduce the inconvenience caused by the action.
If you have a ticket to travel from 6 to 9 February 2012 inclusive, whatever the destination and the fare paid, we can offer you the following options which are applicable up until 16 February 2012:
- You may bring forward your travel from 2 to 5 February 2012 inclusive. The change to your booking is allowed free of charge in the same cabin of travel.
- You may postpone your travel until 16 February 2012 inclusive. However we recommend you rebook yourself between 10 to 16 February. The change to your booking is possible free of charge in the same cabin of travel.
- You may postpone your travel until 17 February to 5 April 2012 inclusive. The change to your booking is possible free of charge if seats at the same fare are available or by paying the difference if seats are available only at higher fares.
You may change your reservation online*, through the "Manage your reservations" section.
Other possible options:
- You may also change your destination, point of origin or postpone your travel until after 5 April 2012 by contacting the office where you purchases your ticket before 16 February 2012 in order to claim a credit voucher valid for one year on Air France and KLM.
An additional payment may be necessary at the time of redeeming your voucher in case a higher fare, taxes, fees or other charges apply.
- If your flight is cancelled or delayed for more than 5 hours, you may require a refund of the unused portions of your ticket. These will be fully refunded, except for any services fees.
To request your refund, please contact the office or travel agency where you purchased your ticket or visite "Manage your reservations" section of our website.
