Пробую:
1. Are you a New Zealand or Australian citizen?
НЕТ2. Do you hold a New Zealand residence class visa?
НЕТ3. Do you have a current Australian permanent residence visa or a current Australian resident return visa? (If you hold an Australian temporary or provisional residence visa, then you will need a visitor visa).
НЕТ4. Are you: a cruise ship passenger who meets certain time and destination requirements (see E2.95.5)
Допустим5. Are you from a visa-waiver country, and intending to visit for no more than your allotted time of three months (or six months if you are from the United Kingdom)?
НЕТIf you answer 'Yes' to
any of the following questions, you don't need a visitor visa.
Да, я ответил "ДА" на любой (а именно на четвёртый) из этих вопросов, поэтому я не нуждаюсь в визе.
If you answer 'No' to
all of the questions, you will have to apply for a visitor visa.
E2.95.5 Other visas deemed to be held- ...
- ...
- People listed below are deemed to hold a visa in New Zealand for the period specified. A visa must be applied for if a longer stay is required:
- crew or passengers (including cruise ship passengers) on any ship carrying passengers or cargo or both (in the ordinary course of business of the ship) between any foreign port and New Zealand, will be deemed to hold a visitor (for passengers) or work (for crew) visa from the time the ship arrives at a port of entry in New Zealand until whichever of the following occurs first:
- the ship is given clearance to leave its last port of entry in New Zealand for that voyage, or
- 28 days have expired, beginning with the day the ship arrived at its first port of entry in New Zealand on that voyage.
Так что, будем ждать, когда в эту тему придут знатоки английского...
