В общем кому интересно: я писала каждый день на фб и в твиттер начиная с 4 октября. Мне писали бюрократические ответы, потом написали - сама виновата, вы должны быть ответственны сами за свой билет.
Я им писала и писала. Потому что я знаю что я делала а чего нет.
И вот 25 мне улетать, 23 наконец получила письмо:

http://www.turkishairlines.com - with the same dates, same routes, correct passenger details you will be able to attend your return flights.
We also would like to inform you that the price difference (the prices that you have made the payment for your first ticket and new ticket) will be compensated by our side and will be returned to your side after making the payment.
Please submit a new feedback with your new ticket in order to start the refund process for the difference between the new and old ticket of yours.

Тем не менее, путешествие они мне подпортили.
Я купила новый билет сама, деньги за него вернули мне на карту, удержали только рефунд в 3 тыс руб предыдущий.
