Добрый день!
Должны были лететь 19 августа Москва-Стамбул-Сан-Пауло. Рейс сначала задержали на 3 часа, а потом вовсе отменили по техническим причинам.
На информационной стойке поменяли билеты на 20 августа на аналогичные рейсы. Ничего не подписывали.
Насколько я понимаю, помимо бесплатной замены рейса, положена компенсация 600 евро на человека согласно SHY regulations in Turkey. Я написала в их службу поддержки. На что они начислили 12 000 миль и сказали, что больше ничего не положено. Без аргументации какой-либо.
Просто развод? Как посоветуете бодаться дальше?
