Вот я написал
July 21, 2015 I’ve purchased tickets № for issued by Etihad Airways airline with next route Moscow-Abu Dhabi-Bangkok-Abu Dhabi-Sydney-Abu Dhabi-Moscow-Saint Petersburg. It were fully confirmed by airline. (Booking XXXXXX)
Ticket price were 21.415 rubles per person and fees 0 rubles. Total for 2 tickets: 42.830 rubles.
At July 26, 2014 I’ve got information that my tickets were canceled, but flights will be running.
I am a citizen of Russian Federation and I am under jurisdiction of Russian Federation laws.
Russian Federation laws, IATA rules and the International laws didn't allow to cancelation of ticket by airline without passenger agreement.
I would like to receive confirmation of my tickets № for from July 21, 2015 and guarantee of transportation by Etihad Airways.

CLAIM
On July 22, 2015, _____________ and ________________ purchased passenger tickets (booking number YEQTNK) for a total amount of RUB 62,937 on the website
https://tickets.ru/ (Online booking service) for Etihad Airways flights on the route:
Flight: EY-68 departure December 25, 2015 departure time 1:00 pm Moscow (RU) – Аbu Dhabi (AE)
Flight: EY-406 departure December 25, 2015 departure time 11:30 pm Аbu Dhabi (AE) – Bangkok (TH)
Flight: EY-407 departure December 30, 2015 departure time 2:15 am Bangkok (TH) – Аbu Dhabi (AE)
Flight: EY-6450 departure December 30, 2015 departure time 10:45 am Аbu Dhabi (AE) – Sydney (AU)
Flight: EY-463 departure January 11, 2016 departure time 4:15 pm Sydney (AU) – Аbu Dhabi (AE)
Flight: EY-65 departure January 12, 2016 departure time 2:35 am Аbu Dhabi (AE) – Moscow (RU)
Flight: (operated by S7) EY-4308 departure January 12, 2016 departure time 9:15 am Moscow (RU) – St. Petersburg (RU)
On July 22, 2015 at ___, funds were written off from the bank card _____________________ in payment for the tickets. The transaction was implemented in favor of Etihad Airways.
On July 22, 2015, electronic tickets with the status “Paid and Issued” came in to the address ________________________________.
On July 22, 2015, on the Etihad Airways website
http://www.etihad.com the flight was registered and operating during ticket checking.
On July 23, 2015, Skytech LLC sent the letter to the address____________________________. According to the letter, “tickets were cancelled without application of penalties (VOID). As the airline company informed, the reason for this unpleasant situation for you and me is a technical error in making a complicated route… Tickets were cancelled, and amount to be paid for the order was not written off from the account.”
However, I hasten to let you know that monetary resources were written off from the account. The passenger ticket has been issued, which is the evidence of a conclusion of Air Carriage Contract.
Due to the fact that unilateral repudiation of obligations assumed by a carrier is not permitted, Carriage Contract shall be considered as concluded and shall not be terminated by the airline company unilaterally.
Cases when a carrier may terminate Air Carriage Contract unilaterally are determined by Article 107 of the Air Code of the Russian Federation.
The airline company, which is among the TOP 10 world air carriers, should value its reputation and should perform assumed liabilities. Actions on cancellation of issued tickets contradict legislation.
It is required to provide carriage on the above-mentioned route.
In case of resolution to cancel the booking and issued tickets, we have to take legal recourse.
I request you to inform the claimers about the taken resolution at the aforesaid addresses within 10 days.
