Это почти соответствует общим правилам обработки изменений в расписании у TA.
• When s/he has been notified of the schedule change of their flight, the passenger may accept the alternative flight offered, or their ticket may be reissued, for once only, for the same destination written on the ticket and a date within the range of -7/+30 days of the travel date on their original ticket without collecting additional fare under the similar conditions of carriage, provided that there is vacancy in the cabin class of the ticket s/he had bought. These changes are made free of charge within the scope of “involuntary”.
• If the passenger requests a date change out of the range of -7/+30 days of the travel date on their original ticket, the action required by the ticket fare rules is taken.
• Unless they affect the relevant connection flights on the same ticket, in case of schedule changes within the range of -/+ 15 minutes (the 15th minute included) of the departure time, no free reissue is made, but instead the ticket fare rules apply.
• If the change made affects the passenger's travel plan, transactions of their other flights on the same ticket are made free of charge within the same scope.
• If the passenger rejects the alternative flight, the involuntary ticket refund is made
Ваш случай - первый пункт, до -7/+30 дней в том же классе перевозки. Город менять нельзя. Вас это не устраивает? Ну тогда полный возврат.
