Честно,у sas просто не нашла о возвратах,а у алиталии вот,вроде штрафы нехилые,поясните,может я не там смотрю...
What is the Company refund policy on the fares purchased?In the case of a refund of tickets booked or issued beginning September 1, 2009, the YQ (fuel surcharge) refund procedure will follow the refund rules of the fare applied to the ticket.
Below is a recap of the most common refund examples

* Before departure: refundable with a 20% penalty (if the refund is requested before the departure, 80% of the fare and the YQ will be refunded); after the departure: not refundable (if the refund is requested after the departure, both the fare and the YQ will not be refunded).
** Refundable with a penalty of €150 (in case of a refund, €150 will be subtracted from the fare and YQ total).
Sample fares above are to be used for illustration purpose only and do not reflect actual fares. The examples shown only refer to the refund procedure of the YQ (fuel surcharge) and do not apply to airport and government taxes (e.g. HB, EX, IT, VT, FN).
