Dear Alex, hello,
"A few hours" have passed and I have received NO ticket yet. Is that total confusion or deliberate fraud? If I do not receive my ticket by Monday, I will have to plead to local police & regulatory authorities in order to initiate proceedings on fraud case, as that cannot be tolerated any longer.

Hello Alex,
I am still hoping that you will manage to book these tickets - they are usual STANDARD RT tickets on Lufthansa flights.
I am not urging anything extraordinary - just EXACTLY what you are supposed to do under the publicly announced rules of this promo.
That is not the way to do business to announce a promo, collect the money and then wind it up without any excuse (even if you do process refunds afterwards).
If you fail to book the tickets I requested, it actually means that your promos are worth nothing and I will have to act correspondingly, leaving negative reviews on such travel resources as FlyerTalk, Tripadvisor etc. Also, I will have to complain with the owner Mr Nikolaos Koklonis and, if my situation is not reserved, I may be forced to apply to US court and Regulatory authorities as your web-site is registered in the United States.
Still hoping that this slight confusion will be resolved promptly however and my impression of your project will not be damaged,
