Филиппинские "разводки"?

Планируем поездку на Филиппины.Соответственно, вели переписку с различными отелями.Один из отелей на Боракае запросил предоплату, выслали форму для внесения данных кредитной карты, конечно же ничего переводить не стали, но где-то через неделю приходит письмо следующего содержания.

Что это??! Если "развод", то довольно примитивный. Кто-нибудь сталкивался с подобным?
