Количество дней - у каждой компании свое и определяется в ее policy. Все остальное, как видите - примерно одинаковое: Pre-Existing Condition считается, если у вас уже были симптомы болезни и (в формулировках некоторых компаний) вы обращались к врачам по поводу этого состояния, или (в формулировках других компаний) симптомы были такие, что обычный человек счел бы необходимым обратиться по поводу их к врачу. При этом если было стабильное состояние, поддерживаемое лекарствами, а произошло обострение, то это Pre-Existing Condition не считается.
Правда, в некоторых случаях будет сложно доказать, были ли у вас симптомы: вы скажете, что не было, а они скажут, что перед случаем, который у вас произошел, всегда бывают симптомы и вы их обманываете.

По страховке в больницу положат, какой-нибудь диализ проведут, но сами почки лечить и тем более пересаживать не будут. В общем сделают так, чтоб можно было дойти до самолета и улететь.
Ну это так со всеми болезнями и травмами. Если вы сломаете ногу, то тоже наложат гипс, чтобы вы смогли улететь обратно - лечить месяцами, пока окончательно не срастется, тоже не будут.
