огромное спасибо за помощь! Можно я уточню все ньюансы(они отличаются от образца) - но думаю многим, таким же неопытным как я это будет полезно:
10. In the case of minors: parental authority/legal guardian (surname, first name, address, if different from applicant's, telephone number, e-mail address and nationality): - оставляю пустым, заполняю на ребенка
17. Personal data of the family member who is an EU, EEA or CH citizen: - не заполняю
18. Family relationship with an EU, EEA or CH citizen: - не заполняю
24. Additional information on purpose of stay: - не поняла вот это, опять туризм пишу?
27. Number of entries requested:
■ Single entry □ Two entries □ Multiple entries
Intended date of arrival of the first intended stay in the Schengen area:11 Intended date of departure from the Schengen area after the first intended stay: 22/06/2020 - дни не стала печатать (слово, просто цифры), и поставила дату отъезда
29. Entry permit for the final country of destination, where applicable:
Issued by ……………………………………………..Valid from …………………………until…………………………… - вот здесь, если последняя виза в старом паспорте в 2011г, нужно заполнять? И если была отметка кипр, Грузия в ближайшие 3 года ставим даты?
30. Surname and first name of the inviting person(s) in the Member State(s). If not applicable, name of hotel(s) or temporary accommodation(s) in the Member State(s) Isabel Beltran - взяла фамилию с Анриб..... так верно?
Address and e-mail address of inviting person(s)/hotel(s)/temporary accommodation(s):
COSTA I LLOBERA, 16-2º B CA'N PICAFORT, ILLES BALEARS 07458, . - пропечатала адрес, сайт связи(почта и телефон не указаны на сайте, связь через сайт) - этого достаточно? Телефон - оставила пустым
