Прошу помощи у самых опытных т.к. за последние 2 месяца получили 3 отказа в студенческой визе с необоснованными отказами (лишь бы дать отказ), что не могу спать уже продолжительное время. Жизнь просто рухнула. Если коротко, то: мы с мужем живем в Турции (я также гражданка Украины). Подавал документы муж в Турции на студенческую визу 500 (12 лет работает в авиации и хотел переучиться на пилота грузовых самолетов в vacation flight school). При первой подаче подавали совместо (я как spouse) – тетка при телефонном собеседовании была просто хамка, ничего слушать не хотела быстро дала отказ (причины отказа внизу под номером 1). Подали повторно в надежде, что дело будет рассматривать другой офицер. В итоге опять отказ по причине, что и жена едет и нет детей (причины отказа ниже под номером 2). Третий раз уже подал муж (оставил жену дома, как заложницу, раз уж это фигурировало в причине об отказе). Опять отказ (причины выдуманы просто из воздуха, прилагаю текст ниже под номером 3). Кто тогда получает эти студенческие визы? Прошу дельный совет, чтобы разобраться и понять как можно доказать GTE требования т.к. любые доводы не действуют (документы соответствует требованиям: недвижимости (3 шт.), финансы, много виз в паспорте, шенгенская виза на 5 лет) муж намерен в новом уже году 2018 снова подавать документы. За любой комментарий буду очень благодарна.
Причина отказа 1:The information you have provided with your application indicates that your education
and employment background is inconsistent with your chosen course. While I accept that
individuals can choose to re-educate themselves and make a career change, you have not
sufficiently demonstrated with your application that this is your motivation for seeking to
undertake your course.
At interview you commented that you will be studying in Melbourne, but you could only
demonstrate a limited knowledge of the city. You were also only able to demonstrate a
reasonably limited understanding of life in Australia. Further, the information provided
suggests you have only undertaken a minimal level of preparation to organise your living
arrangements in Australia. This demonstrates that you have limited understanding of your
likely circumstances in Australia within the context of being a genuine temporary entrant to
Australia.
I place weight on your potential circumstances in Australia. I note that your wife is included in
your application. I find that having your immediate family in Australia with you reduces your
incentive to return at the completion of your studies.
Причина отказа 2:I have given regard to your circumstances. You are married with no children. Your wife is
planning to accompany you to Australia.
This is the fourth application that you and your wife have lodged at the Embassy.
You and your wife lodged two visitor visa applications, first one was refused in December
2016, second one was granted in Jan 2017. For the third time you and your wife applied for
Student visa (TU-500 Vocational Ed) in November 2017 and were refused on 21/11/2017.
In making my assessment I have considered your previous studies, responses provided
by you at the interview and circumstances in Turkey, educational conditions relative to the
circumstances in Turkey and Australia. I have considered that you have not attempted to
continue any kind of studies in Turkey since you graduated from Vocational High school in
1997. During the telephone interview conducted on 01/12/2017, you stated that you have
been working at aviation sector for long time.
Now you want to get a better position in the sector, decided to work as a cargo pilot after
completion the course in Australia.

provided with your application indicates that your education and employment background
is inconsistent with your chosen course. While I accept that individuals can choose to reeducate
themselves and make a career change, you have not sufficiently demonstrated with
your application that this is your motivation for seeking to undertake your course.
I have also taken into account your economic circumstances in your home country relative
to your potential economic circumstances in Australia. Given the disparity in the economic
circumstances between Turkey and Australia, I cannot be satisfied that you have significant
incentive to return to Turkey. Furthermore, while you have personal ties in Turkey in the form
of your spouse, I find that these ties do not, of themselves, constitute a strong incentive to
return home when considered against the fact you are single and lacking strong employment
or economic circumstances in Turkey.
I note that you were refused in application for a STUDENT (Class TU) Subclass (500)
VOCATIONAL EDUCATION AND TRAINING STREAM visa on 21 Nov 2017 and on 01
Dec 2017 for failure to meet the Genuine Temporary Entrant criterion. After reviewing the
information submitted with this application I am satisfied that there have been no major
changes in your circumstances since your last refusal.
