Прилетело сегодня такое вот письмо, касающееся моего несостоявшегося вылета 2 года назад.

According to our record, we found that you have previously requested for airport tax refund for a booking departing from Hong Kong, where refund fees have been charged.

Точно не помню вернули мне тогда что то за билеты или нет, но заявку на возврат точно подавал и получил подтверждение что будет сделан возврат.
Поскольку мои познания в английском невелики, не могу понять что они от меня хотят???
Вернуть деньги ещё раз или наоборот отжать с меня назад то что неправильно вернули?
