Электронный ящик просят указать,чтобы прислать на него ваши билеты,контактировать вас в случае изменения расписания,обновления,а так же специальные предложения от Косты. Так же в вопросах на сайте написано,что если у вас нет электронного ящика,то не проблема,заказать можно через факс итд. Web Check-in не обязательно делать, но это облегчает работу компании и посадка проходит быстрее. Информируют,что вы можете заказывать круиз напрямую,а не через агента.

The Web Check-in ensures you receive your cruise ticket and can board without any hassle. Just make sure you have your cruise booking number on hand, together with the personal details and documents of all the Guests who will be boarding with you.
You can decide to book your cruise independently, either by registering on the site, and therefore accessing the private area of our site, with all the privileges it offers, or by simply supplying your email address. We will simply ask you for your personal details and those of the people travelling with you. You can decide to pay by Credit Card or through your preferred Travel Agency. In order to complete the booking, and ensure that you receive your travel ticket, you will need to complete the WebCheck-in process. For further information look under "WebCheck-in".
3.1 When the agreement is signed, a deposit will be payable. This will be equivalent to the amount specified in the catalogue, and will in any case be no less than 15% of the price, including the full booking fee, where applicable. The balance due will be paid at least 30 days prior to the date of departure. For bookings made less than 30 days prior to the departure date, the full price will be paid at the time when the agreement is signed.
Failure to pay the balance due on the dates specified above will lead to the cancellation of the agreement in accordance with the terms of the express termination clause. In such cases, the Organiser will have the right to compensation for any additional damage caused.
The travel ticket, which authorises the passenger to gain access to the vessel, will be issued to the passenger after the full balance of the price has been paid.
Payments made through Travel Agencies will be regarded as received only when the sums in question have been effectively passed on to the Organiser.
3.2 Payment for web bookings!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
For all bookings made online via Costa’s website full or instalments payment is due via credit card or debit card at the time of reservation. Costa Cruises accepts AmericanExpress, Visa and MasterCard as payment for your cruise.Instalments can be paid only if the cruise holiday is purchased 70 days before departure date. First instalment, which is not refundable, must be 20% of the booking gross total + 100% of the insurance premium, second instalment must be paid within 70 days before ship departure date.Non-payment of the balance of the aforesaid payments on the established dates constitutes a breach that is the subject of the express resolution clause of the contract, such as to cause the legal resolution of the same, subject to the payment of compensation for any further damages suffered by the Organiser.The transportation ticket, which constitutes the legitimising document for access on board the ship, shall be delivered to the passenger after payment of the total balance of the price!!!!!!!!!!
После полной оплаты билетов,нам прислали письмо о том,что оплата совершена удачно,деньги с карты сняты,билеты на руках. По всем правилам компании,мы выполнили оплату в сроки,билеты получены,документы в порядке. В финальном письме ничего далее от нас не требуется. Автоматические письма с упоминанием какого то контракта были только до полной оплаты круиза!
