В любом случае, совет тут только один - пересматривать бюджет уже сейчас. Сейчас вы будете договариваться с кем то или на месте - бюджет будет больше.

Jalina - хотелось бы Вас попросить оценить возможность проведения НГ в буфете (писали про буфет со свинкой, салатами и б/а напитками - цена с человека 350 песо).

1. Сколько человек такой буфет вмещает.
2. Есть ли крыша или все под открытым небом.
3. Есть ли возможность ставить свою музыку.
4. Ну и естественно сколько денег. Если берут по 350 песо в обычный день, до мы готовы предложить по 1000 песо с человека в НГ.
5. За какой срок нужно вносить предоплату.
Если возможно, сделать пару-тройку фото данного заведения.

Решили следующее:
1. Т.к. у нас еще почти 3 месяца до НГ, то активно пишем письма во все возможные найденные рестораны/кафе/буфеты/отели..Текст сообщения примерно следующий:
Ищем место для проведения новогодней вечеринки.
Нам необходимо знать:
-стоимость аренды Вашего заведения
-стоимость еды (предпочтительно буфет)+б/а напитки
-возможность принести свой алкоголь
-возможность включения своей музыки
-возможность закрытия заведения только для нас
-размер и сроки внесения предоплаты
Параметры:
-количество посадочных мест от 60 до 100 человек
-время проведения с 20.00 31/12 до 8.00 01/01
У кого хороший английский, пожалуйста сделайте перевод и выложите в ветке.

Соответственно, кому что отвечают, выкладываем в ветке и активно обсуждаем.
Очень надеемся на помощь Джалины.
Если в течении октября находим место(места), которые нам подходят, то у Юрия едет коллега в ноябре на Боракай - попросим его оценить заведения на месте.
2. Бюджет пока окончательно не утвержден, т.к. все будет зависить от найденного места. Пока остановились на 50 долларах/человек (независимо взрослый или ребенок) + спиртное свое. Естественно возможны коррективы в большую сторону.
3. Нужен ответственный за развлечения и конкурсы. Жду ответа от Dolce Bonita (она писала, что возьмет это мероприятие на себя).
4. Ди-джей. Lucky-alex - опыт есть, назначаем тебя? Согласен? Тем более что ты уже во всю собираешь музыку и делаешь плей-лист.
5. Решили, что праздник должен быть праздничным). Поэтому допускаться будут только те, у кого с собой будет ЛЮБОЙ новогодний акссесуар - костюм, маска, шапка ДМ или Снегурки, мишура в конце концов (все что связано с НГ). Учредим приз и будем голосовать за самый нарядный/необычный/веселый и т.п. наряд или акссесуар.
6.Сувениры. При входе на вечеринку будет человек с мешком, в который все приходящие должны будут положить маленький сувенирчик (абсолютно любой, купленный на Родине или на острове, или по пути). Все эти сувениры будут перемешены и раздарены в качестве подарков. Без подарка никто не уйдет!

Our resort is front beach resort and is able to host about 70 pax indoor and about 100 on the beach.In few days you will be able to see in our web site the new restaurant image and look, in fact we will reopen on Oct. 21th. We are available to evaluate your request and to estimate a cast of the event. As of now we dont have any specific request for the new year eve dinner, usually we offer menu a la carte. Starting from next Oct 21 the restaurant will be reopened as "ITALIAN RESTAURANT e PIZZERIA" as of tradition of my nation (i am Italian) In case of interest we can offer Italian menu, and in case we can set a specific Italian menu, with addition of seafood menu, other speciality of our restaurant.
We also have selection of Italian wine and champaign, you can bring your alcoholic drink, but there will be a corkage surcharge. You can bring your own music and you can book the whole space for the event.as a private party. For the moment i cant give more information as pricing and other details, if you are interested to go deeply in your reserch it should be better you give us more details regarding your organization as address, telephone numbers etc etc.
