We are looking for a place to rent to celebrate New Years and considering your place as an option.
If you are interested in such proposal, please let me know the information about pricing and other possibilities as questioned below.
First of all, it's going to be a company from 60 to 100 people and the preferable time of celebration is from 8pm on December 31, 2011 until 8am on January 1, 2012. Here are the questions:
1. How much will the rent cost? (вариант: cost of renting the whole place or renting partially, if possible "стоимость аренды целого помещения или частично")
2. What kind of food options your place can offer and how much will it cost ( the food, preferably a buffet or something like that, and non-alcoholic drinks)?
3. Will we be able to bring our own alcohol?
4. Is there a possibility of bringing and playing our own music?
5. Is it possible rent out the whole property just for our company and make it a private party?
6. What are our payment options? If we have to prepay partially in advance, then what's the prepay amount/percentage? And when is the latest time, if necessary, that we might need to make the prepayment?

Our resort is front beach resort and is able to host about 70 pax indoor and about 100 on the beach.In few days you will be able to see in our web site the new restaurant image and look, in fact we will reopen on Oct. 21th. We are available to evaluate your request and to estimate a cast of the event. As of now we dont have any specific request for the new year eve dinner, usually we offer menu a la carte. Starting from next Oct 21 the restaurant will be reopened as "ITALIAN RESTAURANT e PIZZERIA" as of tradition of my nation (i am Italian) In case of interest we can offer Italian menu, and in case we can set a specific Italian menu, with addition of seafood menu, other speciality of our restaurant.
We also have selection of Italian wine and champaign, you can bring your alcoholic drink, but there will be a corkage surcharge. You can bring your own music and you can book the whole space for the event.as a private party. For the moment i cant give more information as pricing and other details, if you are interested to go deeply in your reserch it should be better you give us more details regarding your organization as address, telephone numbers etc etc.
