Нужна ли виза?

Возник вопрос, а нужна ли виза? Итак ситуация:

Прилетаем в Сингапур 2 сентября и находимся там до 6 сентября.
6 сентября вылетаем на о.Тиоман где отдыхаем до 16-го сентября.
16-го сентября снова летим в Сингапур и находимся до 18-го сентября. и 18-го же вылетаем домой.

Электронные подтверждения билетов на самолет из Новосибирска до Сингапура и обратно, на руках. Распечатанный ваучер на проживание в гостиницах Сингапура, как туда так и обратно - есть. Плюс имеется электронное подтверждение билетов на о.Тиоман туда и обратно.

Никак не можем просчитать эти 96 часов. Нужна ли виза?

Вы не написали ни откуда прилетаете, ни точное время вылетов/прилетов (потому что прилетая 2го, а улетая 6го легко за 96 часов вылезти).
Правила въезда для россиян, прилетающих в Сингапур такие:

Passport
Passport required.

Passport Exemptions:
Holders of temporary or emergency passports.

Document Validity:
Passport and/or passport replacing documents must be valid for at least 6 months on arrival.

Minors:
Passport not required for children up to/ incl. 15 years of age provided travelling with a parent or legal guardian, and being registered in the passport or passport replacing document of the companion.

Visa
Visa required.

Visa Exemptions:
Nationals of Russian Fed.:
* for holders of normal passports endorsed "For Public Affairs" for a max. stay of 30 days.

Additional Information:
Visitors are required to hold proof of sufficient funds to cover their stay and documents required for their next destination.
Extension of stay possible for a fee of SGD 40.-. For more information: http://www.ica.gov.sg
Visas issued to nationals of Russian Fed. may be in the form of an e-Visa, presented printed, containing a barcode. The details of the travel document presented must match details on the e-Visa.

Foreign ladies in advanced state of pregnancy, not coming as a tourist and wishing to deliver their child in Singapore, should make prior application to the Visitor Services Center, ICA Building, No. 10 Kallang Road, Singapore 208718, tel.0011-65-63916100 at http://www.ica.gov.sg (Apply for Visit Pass). Application can be submitted through a local sponsor when she is 5 or more months pregnant, for the issue of a Social Visit Pass for entry and transit. This restriction is not applicable to nationals of Singapore or alien residents of Singapore holding a Re-entry Permit into Singapore. Applications take approx. 4 weeks to process.

Warning:
Visitors not holding return/onward tickets could be refused entry.

A valid passport
A confirmed onward air-ticket

Вылет из Новосибирска 2сентября в 1:15 прилетаем в Гонконг 2сентября 8:55
Вылет из Гонконга 2 сентября в 16:20 прилет в Сингапур 2 сентября в 20:10
Далее вылетаем на о.Тиоман 6 сентября в 12:35

Назад:
Вылет с о.Тиоман 16 сентября в 11:15 прилет в Сингапур 16 сентября в 12.05
Вылет из Сингапура 18 сентября в 9:55 прилет в Гонконг 18 сентября 14.05
Ну и далее до Новосибирска.

bazxa, вы правы. мой ответ не в кассу) и еще автор темы добавил подробностей.

я лично прилетал в Синг с е-визой на руках, поэтому штампов о безвизовом транзите не имею.
Но мне интересно каким образом эти 96 часов отсчитываются? с момента как сингапурский пограничник ставит штамп?
на штампе вообще содержится время пересечения границы?

и как при вылете из Сингапура контролируется что пассажир не превысил разрешеннное время пребывания?

Время транзита исчисляется от штампа до штампа. Все данные о времени Вашего пребывания автоматически заносятся в базу данных транзитных пассажиров у пограничников. Например, срок моего пребывания заканчивался в 22.00, а удобный вылет был в 6.30 утра на следующий день, поэтому я прошел паспортный контроль вечером и переночевал в отеле транзитной зоны аэропорта. В случае описанном ТС - вообще нет никаких проблем.

Виза не нужна, если у вас паспорт РФ.
