Passport
Passport required.
Passport Exemptions:
Holders of temporary or emergency passports.
Document Validity:
Passport and/or passport replacing documents must be valid for at least 6 months on arrival.
Minors:
Passport not required for children up to/ incl. 15 years of age provided travelling with a parent or legal guardian, and being registered in the passport or passport replacing document of the companion.
Visa
Visa required.
Visa Exemptions:
Nationals of Russian Fed.:
* for holders of normal passports endorsed "For Public Affairs" for a max. stay of 30 days.
Additional Information:
Visitors are required to hold proof of sufficient funds to cover their stay and documents required for their next destination.

Visas issued to nationals of Russian Fed. may be in the form of an e-Visa, presented printed, containing a barcode. The details of the travel document presented must match details on the e-Visa.

Foreign ladies in advanced state of pregnancy, not coming as a tourist and wishing to deliver their child in Singapore, should make prior application to the Visitor Services Center, ICA Building, No. 10 Kallang Road, Singapore 208718, tel.0011-65-63916100 at http://www.ica.gov.sg (Apply for Visit Pass). Application can be submitted through a local sponsor when she is 5 or more months pregnant, for the issue of a Social Visit Pass for entry and transit. This restriction is not applicable to nationals of Singapore or alien residents of Singapore holding a Re-entry Permit into Singapore. Applications take approx. 4 weeks to process.
Warning:
Visitors not holding return/onward tickets could be refused entry.

Nationals of the Commonwealth of Independent States, Georgia, Turkmenistan and Ukraine may be granted entry into Singapore without visas # for a stopover stay, if they are on transit to or from a third country (both forward and return leg applies). However, they are required to fulfill the following conditions:
They are in transit to or from a third country
They hold -
A valid passport
A confirmed onward air-ticket
Entry facilities (including visa) to the third country
Sufficient funds for the period of stay in Singapore
They continue their journey to the third country within the 96-hour visa free period granted
They satisfy Singapore's entry requirements, as determined by the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority officers at the Singapore Checkpoints.
#Note: The grant of the visa free entry will be upon the assessment and at the discretion of
the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority officer at the Singapore Checkpoint.
