Причет тут этика? Вам этика важнее вашей работы там? Визовым офицерам уж абсолютно плевать на то к какому дядьке Вы едите.
Ваши новые заявления как раз и приведут к задержке. Они об этом чётко пишут на их сайте. Я бы на Вашем месте написал им письмо с извинениями, попросил бы cancel International experience Canada и сказал бы, что у меня есть новый контракт и lmia.

Я бы написал, что "совершил необдуманные действия из-за того, что рассмотрение дела занимает много времени и необходимости получения нового контракта и lmia. Я подал продублировал заявление #(номер вашего заявления по International Experience), которое прошу не рассматривать. Так же я не прикрепил новый контракт и lmia к заявлению #(то, которое долго рассматривают). Прошу разрешить мне прикрепить новый контракт и lmia и продолжить рассмотрение моего заявления."

1) Для начала надо отозвать ваше прошлое заявление по International Experience Canada.
2) Пишите, что у Вас есть новый контракт и lmia. Просите продолжить рассмотрение Вашего дела и не отказывать Вам в визе.

Это не столь важно. Прикрепляйте в старое заявление контракт, Lmia и новую анкету.

Поздравляю! Они Вам одобрили визу! Паспорт запрашивают для уже только для вклейки! Осталось чуть-чуть!
Вам надо сконтактировать с ближайшим визовым центром Канады на Украине и они Вам всё расскажут. Отпишитесь потом как всё прошло.

По отправке паспорта в визовый , мне известно шо федекс паспорта отправляет, и не только по украине, но и по миру, шо характерно, ч отличии от других курьерских фирм

Не за что. Это была иммигрантская солидарность. Я не разбираюсь в вопросах вклейки виз и доставки паспортов в визовый центр. Вам надо обратиться сюда https://forum.awd.ru/viewtopic.php?f=1043&t=199583 или звоните в визовый центр Канада в Вашей стране. Деньги за отменённое заявление они Вам не вернут.
