Просто отправьте письмо с фото карты или скриншотом личного кабинета на адрес privilege.program@europcar.com
И на следующий день приходит примерно такой ответ:
Hello Mr XXX,
Thank you for your email.
We are happy to confirm that we have matched your status with Sixt Platinum and you have now been upgraded to the Executive tier in our Privilege Loyalty Program which is effective immediately.
A new card will be processed and should arrive in 3 – 4 weeks.
Thank you for using Europcar and we hope you enjoy the benefits associated with our Privilege program.
