TERMS AND CONDITION
1. Rentals for our Villas, Beach Houses and Apartments are quoted in Peso currency (PHP) per night. 12% government tax is not yet included. Payment in USDollars shall be based on prevailing local bank buying rate.
2. During Christmas, New Year, Chinese New Year, Easter or summer holidays we require a one week or longer and a 3 night minimum stay during non holidays.
3. Cancellation of a booking at any time may result in forfeiture of deposit(s) EXCEPT in case of force majeure. Notice of cancellation must be in writing. Cancellation fee will be charged if other suppliers (hotel, airline tickets, transfer) apply cancellation fee for any cancellation made. The total cancellation fee depends on the regulation from each supplier.
4. Check-in time is 2:00 PM check-out time is 12:00 Noon
5. Advance payment is required. Reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a 50% down payment. Balance or full payment to be settled three (3) days before checkout. Payment in check is not acceptable.
6. Cash or Bank transfers are preferred. All bank charges covering the bank transfer shall be for the account of the remitter. The amount that should be received by SPR Real Estate Inc. should be appeared in the confirmation letter.
7. Airfare, land & boat transfer, baggage handling and food are for the guest’s account. Linen and towels are included in all Villas. The linens and towels for all villas changed at the maximum every three (3) days. Laundry facilities will be charged on a per load basis at Php750.00 maximum 7Kg.
8. The guest’s confirmation letter must in all cases correspond to the number of persons registered. Failure to do so will result into the cancellation of the respective booking and forfeiture of the advance payment.
9. The houses are equipped with safety deposit boxes. Hence, all valuables should be kept in the safe at all times.
10. Upon check in and receipt of the keys, the guest take full responsibility of the houses, villas, apartments and beach houses with its corresponding inventory. Damages and losses shall be charged accordingly. Loss of key will cost PHP1, 000.00
11. The Management (SPR Real Estate Inc) is not responsible if guests cancel their reservation upon arrival or just refuses to stay with any reason and must pay the total amount of their stay. We are pleased to assist to find other accommodation, but all cost is at guests’ own account.
12. A PHp2, 500.00 administration fees will be charged for any change of booking after a confirmation has been issued. Acceptance of any change is subject to approval by the Management.
13. The person who organize and signed the terms and condition is responsible for the correct and appropriate behavior of the guests staying at the Villa/House (s). Should any member of the party not behave in such a manner, management representative may at their absolute discretion ask the offending guest (s) to vacate the Villa/House.
14. House, Villa and Apartment rented are exclusive only for the In- House guest. Parties are not allowed in the house, villas apartments and beach houses.
15. All guests must comply in regards with the waste segregation as a local legislation.
16. Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
