Здравствуйте! Получили с мужем отказы по студенческой краткосрочной визе (((. Собирались учить английский 3 месяца. В чём проблема? Что делать? Есть ли смысл обращаться вновь, приложив другие документы?
Вот отказ:
REASONS FOR REFUSAL NRA v 1.0
You have applied for a visa to visit the UK as a short-term student.
In deciding whether you meet the requirements of paragraphs A57C and D of Part 3 of the Immigration Rules for Students (
https://www.gov.uk/government/collections/immigration- rules), I have considered:
• your application, and any additional relevant information you have provided with it
• your immigration history
• Rate of exchange £1 = RUB 80.15 (reference
http://www.oanda.com on 10/01/2020)
The decision
You have applied with your spouse for a short-term student visa to visit the United Kingdom for 2 months 28 days to study an English language programme at MDA College. I have considered your application against paragraphs A57C and D of Part 3 of the Immigration Rules.
I have refused your application for a visa because I am not satisfied that you meet the requirements of paragraphs A57C and A57D of the Immigration Rules because:
• In assessing your application it is your personal and financial circumstances which are of paramount importance and the onus is on you to qualify for entry clearance in your own right. It is your responsibility to satisfy me that your personal circumstances are such that you meet all of the requirements of the above paragraphs of the Immigration Rules and will leave the UK on completion of the proposed visit and you have not done this.
• On your visa application form you state that you are employed by Neva Towers Management and receive a total monthly income of RUB 90,000 (£1,122). You also state you receive another income from investments of RUB 1,500,000 (£18,713) per year and you personally plan to spend £6,500 on your visit. To support your application you have provided a letter from MDA College and your personal bank account maintenance certificate.
• You have provided a bank account maintenance certificate dated 04/12/2019 from VTB; however, I consider this certificate is of little evidential value as it only shows your account balance on one particular date, it does not show the daily account activity; credits and debits. As a result, it does not allow me to fully assess your current financial circumstances. I am therefore not satisfied that the funds held in that account are genuinely available for your exclusive use.
• I have considered the evidence and information submitted in your application but I am not satisfied that you have accurately presented your circumstances and therefore your intentions in applying to enter the United Kingdom. This undermines the credibility of your application to the extent that I am not satisfied that you have enough funds to meet the cost of your return or onward journey from the UK; are genuinely seeking entry as a short-term student; or intend to leave the UK within 30 days of the end of the study, at the end of the study or at the end of 6 months, whichever is sooner. Paragraph A57C(b)(vi)(ix) and A57D(b) of the Immigration Rules.
