На него мне пришел такой ответ:
Dear Mrs.Anna,
Thank You for contacting Air Serbia Call Center.
We apologize for any inconveniences caused by the schedule changes due to spread of COVID-19 virus. We are able to offer the following options:
1) Due to flight cancellation, it is possible to exchange Your ticket for different dates or destination* (precise information available via telephone call), free of charge. Please prepare Your electronic ticket number and give a call to Call Center, so an agent can assist.
Considering the current situation development, there is an increase of calls in queue - therefore, You may also contact Call Center in the following days of weeks.
2) In case none of the available options are suitable, and You decide to cancel the ticket, the company is able to offer issuance of an electronic voucher for each cancelled ticket, in the amount of Your total ticket price plus 10% of the fare and fuel tax paid - total amount 17.699RUB/per ticket. The voucher is valid for 1 year starting from date of issuance,and it is nonrefundable. Ticket purchase using voucher can be made in Call Center (telephone call) or our ticketing offices.
Should You decide to choose this option, please confirm Your decision by replying to this message, so we can issue the voucher and send the voucher number to You.
3- also, we can make a full refund in the amount of 16.535RUB/per ticket and it will be returned to the account of the card used for payment, within 7 to 30 days.

Мое второе письмо был следующего содержания:
"Hello, I choose option 3, please.
I need a full refund in the amount of 16.535RUB/per ticket and it will be returned to the account of the card used for payment, within 7 to 30 days.

И соответственно ответ:
"Dear passenger,
Thank You for contacting Air Serbia Call Center.
We are sorry for longer waiting for response due to increased workload due to COVID- 19 situation.
We refunded your tickets and seat payment in total amount of 35202RUB to your credit card.Money will be at your account from 7-30days depending of your bank."
После этого, через 1,5 месяца, когда уже не ждала деньги упали на счет.
