пока с кредитками на сайте непонятнки - бронируем билеты на сайте, получаем booking reference
и дальше 2 варианта, цитата из письма:

The below is required information:
-Types of credit card which we accept are Visa Card, Master Card, UATP card and Japan Credit Bureau.
Remark : card holder must be one of the travelers in the trip, and required to present the credit card used for payment at
check-in counter prior to receive boarding pass.
- Card Security Code : The three digits backside of credit card nearby the signature box
- Expiry Date.
*****In case of payment via e-mail, please kindly reply your credit card information in 2 times for your financial security.******
First mail consists of the first 8 digits of your credit card number, credit card type and Expiry Date.
Second mail consists of the last 8 digits of your credit card and Card Security Code.
Once we receive your credit card details , we will issue ticket for you and complete the itinerary for you without delay.

reservation@bangkokair.com: данные посылать двумя письмами в первом емейле первые 8 цифр карточки, тип карточки (VISA,MasterCard...) и expiration date; во втором письме остальные 8 цифр карточки и Card Security Code. Ну и в обоих письмах я указал booking reference, отвечают оперативно, несмотря на воскресенье. Режим работы (0730am-0630pm)
