Я, честно говоря, уже не помню, звонили мы в московское отделение или нет. Мы, собственно говоря, просто написали письмо на эл. почту в Германию, ответа не получили, денег никто не списал и на этом успокоились. Сначала было желание довести дело до конца, но закрутились, затянули, а потом и забыли. Но в этом году у SIXT на всякий случай уже не брали :-)
Найдите на письме его номер, у нас было написано "damage No 0011210355" . Пусть это будет темой письма.
Привожу текст, который мы отправляли. Весь. конечно, он вам не нужен. Можно было ограничиться предпоследним предложением, но мне сильно хотелось "разложить все по полочкам". Отправляла на почту

Dear Sirs!
From January 05th, 2011 to January 17th, 2011 we used the services of the Sixt company. The office is located at the airport in Munich.
On January 17th, 2011 we returned the car to the parking lot at 2 a.m. There was nobody of your staff in the parking lot, though we’d warned about our late return when taking the car. We were assured that we would have no problem with it. We had no choice but to leave the car without inspection of your representative and leave the keys to the security guard in the parking lot.
Soon we got the final invoice by post. There was no mention of any damage and we understood that the car was in apparent good order and condition at the time of return.
After that we received another letter from you, where you pointed at the fact, that you found some blemish on the car and we were to fill up the form and mail it back before February 02nd, 2011. Unfortunately we can’t do it by this date because the letter was delivered on February14th, 2011 according to the postmark.
While our stay there were no traffic accidents with the participation of the above-mentioned car, the police was not called in, the car had no damage as of the time of return to the Airport of Munich.We would be grateful if you could explain the state of things to us.
