Как выяснилось, это не по адресу. Мне нужен PAL express, а Вы дали ссылку на Philippine Airlines. Вот что мне ответили:

reservations@flypalexpress.com, с которыми я переписывался изначально.
Ну и уже, в свою очередь, спустя несколько дней
onlinesupport@flypalexpress.com запросил у меня сканы копий по следующему списку:
-The passenger is the credit card owner
l Ticket
l Valid ID
l Credit Card
-The passenger is NOT the credit card owner
l Ticket
l Clear Copy of a valid ID of the card owner
l Clear copy of a valid ID of the representative
l Authorization Letter from the credit card owner with signature, and of the
representative.
If the original credit card has been closed OR renewed, the additional attachments are:
· Certification from the issuing bank that credit card has been closed or renewed
· Old statement of account for the original credit card
· Photocopy of the front of the closed and new credit cards.
Подскажите пожалуйста в какой форме написать
Authorization Letter from the credit card owner with signature, and of the representative.И что значит "12:00 NN" в этой фразе:
please send us a clear scanned copy of the following requirements on or before 12:00 NN of January 23 , 2014Спасибо
