Сколько времени провели в Австралии в предыдущих поездках и сколько заявляли? Как давно была первая поездка? Что озвучивали в качестве маршрута на первые 2 и что на сейчас?
Справки со счета? Чем подтверли получение дохода в этот и предыдущий раз? И кем, в какой сфере работаете? Сколько времени за
последние пару лет провели вне своей страны, частота и длительность поездок?
Последний раз в Австралии провели около 15 дней. Обьездили западную Австралию. Это было в январе 2018 года. Первый раз в Австралии были в 2016 году около 18 дней. Сейчас просто хотели побыть опять в Сиднее недельку хотели и Голд-Кост и Брисбен. Бизнес свой. За последние пару лет провел очень много в разных поездках, Китай по работе много раз, Сша 3 раза за год, Япония, Южная Корея, Европы много, Великобритания и другие страны. Справки со счета показывали по 2 мил. в разных банках. Выписки не показывали. Просто ИП приложил скан. Визы действующие шенген и США
Отказе написали что мало связи родиной и типа ИП недостаточно и жене справку работы выписал сам, так делаю постоянно и первые разы когда подавал на визу Австралии, все подходило и одобряли!( Ну совместный у нас бизнес, просто оформлен на меня, тем более раньше же одобряли по этим же документам!) Также сказали, что она(офицер из МОСКОВСКОГО посольства Ольга) приняла во внимание что мы прошлые разы были в Австралии и полностью соблюли визовый выезд. Но сейчас вынуждена отказать, не предоставили типа доказательства бизнеса. Я так понял что я не предоставил выписку с банка. Хотя они могли запросить и я бы запросто предоставил огромную выписку! вот ответ их:
In assessing whether or not the applicant genuinely intends to stay temporarily in
for the purpose for which the visa would be granted, I have taken into account information
provided in the application, the applicant’s immigration history and documentation
provided in support of this visa application. I have also considered the applicant’s personal
circumstances, commitments, and incentive to return to her country of residence.
In the application form the applicant has declared that they have been self-employed. Self-
signed certificates submitted in this application cannot be accepted as independent evidence
of business activity. No further details were provided to substantiate the applicant’s claims.
In the absence of evidence before me regarding the applicant’s business and income, the
applicant’s claims cannot be verified. I therefore cannot consider the applicant’s declared
self-employment or the applicant’s financial status as incentive for the applicant to comply
with their visa conditions and return to their home country at the and of the proposed stay.
I noted the applicant’s previous travel to Australia and that they complied with their visa
conditions during their stay. However since the applicant have not demonstrated strong
incentives to return, I have concerns that the applicant may attempt to remain in Australia
beyond the validity of any temporary Australia visa that may be granted. Furthermore, I
am not satisfied that the applicant has demonstrated sufficient personal, employment, and
business ties to show, they now intend a genuine temporary visit to Australia.
In light of the evidence available at time of decision, I find that the applicant has not
demonstrated that she genuinely intend to stay temporarily in Australia for the purpose for
which the visa is granted. I am therefore not satisfied that the applicant meets Subclause
600.211 of the Migration Regulations 1994
