Я все выходные тщетно пыталась найти их контакты для отмены бронирования, а сегодня мне пришло от них письмо.
Если вылет по вашим билетам до 01 марта включительно, можно оформить возврат через их робота AVA на официальном сайте, а после следить за статусом рассмотрения заявки в своем личном кабинете.

Dear Guest,
We regret to inform you that your AirAsia flight Z2-29 scheduled to depart from Shanghai (PVG) to Kalibo (KLO) on March 01, 2020 has been cancelled due to the compliance with the Philippine government's directive imposing travel restrictions from The People's Republic of China.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused, and you may select one of the following service recovery options below:
1. Move flight: One-time flight change to a new travel date on the same route within 30 calendar days beginning on 2 March 2020 without additional cost, subject to seat availability. Applicable for guests affected by cancelled flights and travel restrictions imposed; OR
Contact us via our Customer Contact Channels with your new flight details (date and time).
2. Credit account: Retain the value of your fare in your AirAsia BIG Loyalty account for future travel with AirAsia. The online credit account is to be redeemed for booking within 90 calendar days from the issuance date for your travel with us. The actual travel dates can be after the expiry date as long as our flight schedule is out. Applicable for affected flights to/from mainland China, Hong Kong SAR, and Macao SAR until 1 March 2020 that was ticketed prior to 28 January 2020; OR
For Credit Account, visit support.airasia.com and select “Chat with AVA”. Once the AVA chat window opens, select “Refund” from the menu followed by “New Refund Request” and complete the fields as directed by AVA.
3. Full refund: Obtain a full refund to your original payment method for the amount equivalent to your booking. Applicable for affected flights to/from mainland China, Hong Kong SAR, and Macao SAR until 2 March 2020 that was ticketed prior to 28 January 2020.
For refunds, visit support.airasia.com and select “Chat with AVA”. Once the AVA chat window opens, select “Refund” from the menu followed by “New Refund Request” and complete the fields as directed by AVA.
For credit account or full refund of bookings made and paid through a travel agent or third party, kindly contact the travel agent directly.
